Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Trying to lose weight w/out my family's support is so hard. Yesterday I was having home fries w/ egg whites and my mom comes over w/ a tub of butter, takes about 4 tablespoons and is about to put it on the frying pan. I got so angry at her b/c i wanted 2 use the cooking spray (less cals) then my dad yelled at me. Then to top it all off my older brother keeps calling me a fat B****....what should i do its so hard?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 98 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i can't lose weight i am so obese cmpared to most people in my grade at the begining of 6th grade i had a 32 inch waist and now almost at the end of 8th grade i have 40 inch waist. everywhere i go people stare and point and laugh when i broke my leg in 6th grade over a month i gained 15lbs because i couldn't do any exercise since then i get really hungry and feel i need to eat more. and the really thin kids give me chocolate knowing i'll eat it. my typical days meals are breakfast: eggs sausages and bacon, snack: 4 chocolate bars, lunch: Bacon butty chips apple pie with ice cream dinner macdonalds/pizza hut/taco bell. my parents only bring junk food in the house cause they have a fast mentabolism and i dont. i need to lose weight before i endup like this girl in my grade hoos 4'8 and 300lbs heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Well i am starting a new eating plan which is very high in protein but doesn't cut out carbs entirely, i still eat lots of veggies and whole grains as well as plenty of lean meats. On a typical day i will eat arounf 125 grams of carbs, 135 grams of protein, 30 grams of fat and around 1400 calories. Does this seem healthy? And do you think the results will be there. Oh ya, i am also working out everyday.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well theres a week and a half of school left then YAY i finally graduate! I guess thats one good thing thats going on and its excited me more for college so much. College is three monthes away! Goodness thats petrifying, but i've already met so many of the incoming freshman at this overnight thing we had like a month ago and I definetly fell for this cute rugby player and i think he has a thing for me b/c he facebooks me all the time (it makes me feel special) lol! But yea there is some motivation. I really just gotta get back in my mode but i know my work is paying off, like this weekend i went to this party and i swear they only let hott guys in and we all got into this contest on who can get the most signatures on thier body with permanent markers and it was so much fun and i love the fact that i have a cute flat stomach and i was so comfortable with myself, but yea the downside of... For lunch some chex mix, water, ham sandwhich with wat bread and maynonsee, 150 cal bar. For supper taco ball with some sour cream, water, and some drinks of my mom's pop. For snack some more chex mix/ For exercse 40 mins of soccer, and 47 mins of regualar exercse. How did I do please reply.

I want to feel comfortable in my skin for once! I've been doing this for 8 months, and I still have 39 pounds to lose. It's going to take forever too. I lose weight like once a month now. It's annoying. Hopefully I will lose weight this weekend because I haven't lose weight in a month. I am being so patient. I want to be at 159 by August 20th. I don't know if I will. I lose like 5 pounds a month now. I just am feeling like I will never be completely happy with my weight. Oh well. I'll get over it. Anyway. Week 1- Walk 3 minutes, run 1 minute Week 2- Walk 3 minutes, run 2 minutes Week 3- Walk 2 minutes, run 3 minutes Week 4- Walk 2 minutes, run 5 minutes Week 5- Walk 2 minutes, run 7 minutes Week 6- Walk 2 minutes, run 10 minutes Week 7- Walk 1 minute, run 14 minutes Week 8- Walk 30 seconds, run 18 minutes (if you don't need to stop, then continue) I decided to do this because I never liked running, and it was something I always dreaded. I feel like my journey to a healthier me is not just about losing weight, but also about accomplishing things that I never thought possible. That is why I am starting this program. I do my Week 1, Run 1 tonight. I have decided to run on Monday nights, Tuesday nights, and Wednesday nights. Anyone up for this with me? (view less)
