Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Just did my 4 miles...lol and at the end I started saying something out of nowhere, I just made up a little rhyme "I feel different. I feel great. I feel like I'm losing weight" I don't know where this came from. It was just the way I was feeling I guess. Very corny but that's how I felt at that moment so I just said it and then I kept saying it over and over!and it made me feel triumphant for some reason. lol

Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Gosh. I feel so pathetic. I do okay eating wise during my day until about 2 p.m. Then, I go into major snacking mode until bedtime. It's awful! Ive tried everything and nothing works. I usually end up duck-taping my mouth shut. haha.. And to make it all worse, I'm not losing weight! I'm exercising like a maniac and despite the snack attacks, I do pretty well on my diet..I've been lifting lots of weights but it doesnt look like i've put on muscle...it just makes me feel even fatter. And does anyone know how to get rid of love handles? I'm sick of mine hanging over my jeans. yuck!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 223 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I'm looking to start a plan on Monday and I was looking for either like a weight loss buddy or maybe like an advisor. You know, someone who has lost the weight and maybe like they could maybe help me out, give me tips, you know. I really need someone to talk to about this when I'm doing it. Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I gained 4 lbs! it's because of the slacking off that I've been doing for like 6 months. Ok, so if I go back to my old routine of walking+jogging 4 miles every day (except Sunday) and 50 crunches/situps and 20 pushups and dancing and eating right of course...will I be able to lose the weight I've gained and more from now until June 30? I'm so disappointed in falling off the diet in the first place...it''s like one day I just cracked and gave up for a while but now I'm starting over going back to my old routine. I hope it works just as it did before!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I joined a charity walk its about 8 miles or more and this summer im going to soft ball camp so i can train for it next year 2 join the team but im nervous so does anywhere here that plays have tips?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- kashi honey almond flax cereal (so good!), 1 c soy milk with sliced banana & 1/2 c strawberries.
Snack- almonds.
Lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread & an apple.
Snack- 2 egg whites or some veggies.
Dinner- so far its fettachiene alfredo wtih fish, & side salad but if my mom doesn't get low-fat alfredo sauce I might skip it & have a salad or just take a small amount.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - This sucks! I gained a pound. I have never gained a pound before. It's all my fault. I did exercise yesterday, but I also ate really bad. I rarely ever eat bad so I figured it was okay to eat like that on occasion, but I gained! I went to Don Pablos and had 2 chicken tacos with beans/sour cream/and cheese. I put only a little bit of sour cream and cheese on though. I had 2 glasses of lemonade. Then later on I had a small little danish thingy with chocolate in it. And even later than that I had 7 twizzlers. Next time I decide to treat myself, I'm going to have water instead of lemonade, even less sour cream and cheese, and no twizzlers. It's weird though. There was one week where I got close to giving up before. I had eaten pizza for a whole week straight, and I didn't workout those days, and I maintained my weight. Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Well I'm going to go on a week long detox. I'm only going to have fresh fruits and vegies whole grains, water, things like that. Wish me luck. I hope that the detox will halp me lost 5+ pounds. Some just water weight.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i been really depressed today because i always thought that my scale was "correct" and that i was really 180 lbs until my mom's friend had told me that she had just bought this "really good,accuarate & expensive scale" and asked me to get on it and try it out. so i did expecting to see myself weighing around 180 lbs...and it turned out that i weigh 195 lbs on that scale and it really made me wanna cry cuz i worked soooooooooo hard and it seems like i walk everyday/gym/TRY to eat healthy , and i see other teens just driving around in their cars and drinking on the weekends but yet they are just slim naturally. my motivation just completly went down and i went to the movies tonight with my sister and decided to eat popcorn,pop,and a reeses pieces bar because i just felt that eating healthy is a waste of time and energy if i am not gonna see the results i want to see. how do i get past this feeling and get back on track again and see results? help me pleassssse
