Ht. 5'3", Start: 181 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok, I currently am a size 12/14, sometimes 10's, but it really depends, and x-large in pants/jeans and a size small in shirts. First off, is that normal to be that unevenly proportioned? I mean, my two best friends who are just hitting 100 are both about smalls, and sometimes mediums, and they're ompletely flat while I have bigger boobs. I'm not saying the shirts look bad, because they usually don't except under teh bra, sometimes, but really is that normal?? And also, do you think it's possible to get to like a size 6, maybe even a fpur by the time skewl starts up again? (Mid August for me.) I've been home skewling since like March, and I want to come back with a bang and wow people. One more thing. My mom keeps saying that 110 is too skinny for me and it's unhealthy, but when I look at all my fiends, most of which are taller than me, they all weigh, for the most part, between 90 and 115, so I don't see what the problem is. Maybe someone can explain it to me??

Ht. 5'0", Start: 125 lb, Today: 122 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ever since my babysitter told me to have 2 snacks after school in 4th grade, i've weighed way too much. I try and lose weight, and even if i try, i dont lose any weight {except at camp b/c the food is icky and we move around more}... Starting right after our school break (we just went back tuesday) I decided not to buy any junk food from the cafeteria unless i am buying my entire lunch there (which i dont do alot) . i was able to do that, and at home i am skipping dessert after dinner and having a smaller snack after school. i still need help. advice? also, i do Taekwondo (not that has really helped-- besides meeting a hott guy who maybe likes me. lol) i've went from less than 99 lbs when i started that to 126 [at highest]

Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Okay so I've been eating awesome for about a week now, fruits veggies, water green tea, lean chicken and the occasional eggs for breakfast... and i've even been walking everywhere but the DAMN scale just won't budge! Well, to be fair my bfs scale is a digital and it says i've lost about 3 pounds (i dunno how reliable it is though) but my scale which isn't a digital says i haven't lost a freakin pound!! please guys tell me what you're doing to lose all this weight.. i feel helpless sometimes like i should just give up or stop eating. And i've never been pro-anorexia but im afraid all this discouragement will lead to me starving myself. help?

How come some people post what they eat the whole day and then ask how good they are doing? I have noticed that many people say how their friend is losing weight but she doesn't eat and how you are trying the healthy way to lose weight but nothing is happening ... WHO CARES what your friend is doing, you know she is the one who is losing weight the unhealthy way and you are doing WAY better than her because you are losing weight the "right" way. Weight loss takes time. Eat junkfood occasionly or avoid it completly, try to avoid take out food, drink a lot of water, exercise daily,try not to eat anything in the night... and you WILL lose weight in time.(I lost 30 lbs and so can all of you) good luck everyone~! Lately I have lost some weight b/c I work out everyday and I eat healthy. But today this one girl I have known since I was 7 and I considered a friend was awful to me. She was anorexic throughout freshmen to junior year, now she eats somewhat normally. however she lost a lot of weight. Me however I'm not tiny but apparently I am "pretty" since I have a fan club at school, kind of weird but hey who wouldn't be flattered. Well today when I drove her home she was like you're really fat and ugly. Even though I'm only overweight I weigh 158 lbs. I was like what the hell? Where did that come from? and then she played it off as if it was a joke but still how does something that random become like a joke. It hurts a lot that my friend would say something like that. What do I do? I know it sounds so immature but I only open up to few people and the ones i'm friends with mean the world to me. I don't understand why she would be so awful.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - gah back 2 171! i went down 2 169 but im up again damn it! oh well ok so ive made a plan for this month. ive made weigh ins at the end of each week and my goal weights that i want 2 b. start - 171-173 lbs 1st weigh inn 13 may i want to b 167-169 so like lose 2-4 lbs a week ... and ive decided to write down everything i eat .. ive done it b4 but i usually just give up after a few days but gunna try to stick 2 it this time... my goal by the end of the month is 2 have lost 11-13 lbs .. i kno its a lot but i think i can do it ... wat do u guys think of this idea??

I had two cups of fat free milk with one packet of hot cocoa mix in both (I can't stand milk, but I need to drink it to lose more weight), then I had a cup and a half of soup that was low sodium and very low fat, but then my mom bought home wendy's and I can't waste the food considering our budget and such. It's not that it was that bad, but it was too much. It was a baked potato with cheese and chicken nuggets. Really, the chicken is kinda lower in fat, I found out. The way I got down to 150-ish was because I ate very little, but this was cuz I was sick for like 3 months and I didn't eat too mucha nd wehn I was better it just stuck, but still. I hate this.
