Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - HEY!THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ON HERE. SOO IM OVERWEIGHT AND I NEED MAJOR HELP. I WENT SHOPPING YESTERDAY AND NOTHING FIT ME THAT I LIKE. Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 120 lb - So this is what I did today: Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios w/ milk Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Snack: Peanuts Supper: Oatmeal w/ one slice of toast. Excercise: Ran 1 mile, about 10 minutes of dancing aerobics, 30 minutes of walking, and then 30 minutes swimming. How did I do and what can I do to do better?

It's just that a lot of days I eat meat at lunch and wonder if it's bad if I have meat at dinner too.....?

Breakfast: honey nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: oriental chicken salad w/dressing & peach juice; Snack: grapes & 2 pickles; Dinner: turkey w/gravy & mashed potatoes & salad w/fat-free italian dressing & 1% milk; Dessert: orange ice-cream bar; Excercise: 20 minutes cross-trainer and 5 minutes stationary bike......What do you think? Give me feedback...and rate my day on a 1-10 scale....Thanks!! =)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - omg..2day @ swim practice there was this "big" girl..but she swam n e ways..it's sooo inspirational 2 me!...she's acctually taking charge of her life and doesn't care what anyone else thinks!.... the only reason i didn't join swimteama few years ago was because i didn't like what i looked like in a swimsuit.(by the way, i'm really 135 nd 5'7, used 2 be 170 a year nd a half ago..i'm not saying i want 2 lose that much more weight..i just like 2 help people out on here)=D

I had 1 cup of cheerios w/ a cup of milk (that I didn't drink it was just in the cereal), 2 cups of water and then I ran about a mile and it's only 10am. Anyways, hopfully if i try to do this evrymorning, i can reach 120 b4 the summer is ova w/.
