Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 170 lb - So I have been on this site off and on for a while now. I was dedicated and worked hard to lose 20 pounds. Keeping it off has been easy and i'm pretty lucky ( i have been eating pretty bad and not excercising at all for the past almost 6 months. Though I havent ate any fast food for the entire month of april) I'm trying to get back into the groove of things. What is everyones workout routine?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I had today.Breakfast cereal no milk, and a banana 200 calories total and water. For snack a cupcake and a m&m's. For lunch a sandwhich, fiber bar and another cereal bar and water. For supper 8 chickem mcnuggets with sweet and sour, one apple pie and water. For exercses 20 min soccer, 15 min cat and mouse, and 30 min badminton. How did I do or do I need to do more exercese?

Breakfast: honey & oats granola bar & an apple & light iced tea; Lunch: tomato soup & grapes & sugar-free jello pudding; Snack: mixed nuts; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal- chicken & rice & salad w/ fat-free mozerella cheese & fat-free italian dressing; Dessert: small piece of dark chocolate & skinny cow ice cream sandwich; Excercise: 40 minutes jogging/walking & some squats & crunthces.........Mmhmmm...Did I mention I'd LOVE feedback? *wink wink*

Ht. 5'3", Start: 165 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - yess i lost three lbs! sorry. it just makes me happy when i see the number on the scale go down just a little bit.
but yeah today i ate a lot. but it was all healthy like low carb and fruits and veggies and stuff. plus i jumped on trampoline for like 40 mins. then i played at the park for like an hour babysitting this kid...
yeah im hoping to get down to 130 by the end of june or middle of july..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 222 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 160 lb - wow.so i just weighed myself and i lost 3 pounds in 5 days :]
and today i went and walked half a mile..and then ran in place half a mile [i got one of those things that calculates it] and i havent felt this good in SOO long lol.
but im back at work now..which is helping me cuz your moving non stop..to bad its a ice cream shop..oh well
but this is the first time i lost weight in like 2 months :D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 231 lb, Today: 231 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i need to add this to my last post i used to be skinny about 9 years ago i was super skinny from being sick and throwing up all the time( no i wasnt anorexic at 5 i had a problem with my blood) after i got better i kept eating what i ate wheni woul throw it up and i gained about 50 pounds in 3 years and now im 231pounds but for some reason i dont look like it. I am fat but most of it i think is mucsle because i can barley poke myself less than half an inch and hit a hard spot especialy on my stomach.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - My weight loss has slowed down now. I typically lose weight every 3 weeks. I would like to increase this back to at least every other week. In order to do this I wanted to join gym with my mom. But there's a problem. She is afraid to join. I know she would if she wasn't. Since she is trying to lose weight as well. I keep telling her stories of women who were 300 pounds or more going to them. But they don't seem to have an effect on her. She's 5"8' and 220 pounds. So, it's not that bad. She says that she doesn't like working out in front of people. I want us to join the YMCA. Does any one go here to work out? If so, what are the people who workout there typically like? Or how do you guys think I can talk my mom into joining the gym?
