i need to lose weight. i have gained so much.
10 pounds in the last 3 months alone. and almost 30 in the past 2 years! serioulsly i was reading one of my old journals. where i was complaining about how fat i was (of course) but i weighed 138! wow. i wish i could weigh that now....i dont know how it happend. i need Help! ♥

I don't really know what I should eat or anything or how I should exercise.... want to lose some weight though... but I am not really active or motivated about it.... don't know what to do... but I can do just about anything... Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is really weird me my mom and my friend went shopping yesterday. And I ate really bad like 3 or 4 peices of pizza and a sandwhich, 2 pops and dessert. But I didn't gain any weight. This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal no milk and water 110 cal. Snack fiber bar. For lunch long John Silvers and chicken mcnugets with sauce. Then I had candy kettle popcorn pop and more stuff. But for exerces I did a lot of walking like 1 hour and 1/2 then another 1. Do I need to do more exerceses

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So, how many calories should you be burning daily to lose 2-3 lbs a week? I ride the exercise bike 30-35 mins every day & burn 350ish calories, then i do a lot of abdominal workouts which i know really work because i sweat a ton! but how much more should i do to lose the amount i want per week? i eat around 1250-1300ish calories a day.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Allright so about a year ago i was around 175 and now im at a weight i NEVR in my teenage life thought i would reach !! I'm not so much surprised since my eating has been crap but im mad because all of that hard work i did to get to 175 just went down the drain. I am goin to start posting here again and i'm goin to go back to my weight watchers meetings , i would LOVE to get down to 160 by August when i start my senior year in high school. Do You think that is realistic/Possible ?? I started Yesterday the 25th.
