Ht. 5'1", Start: 120 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hey i gained a lot of weight in two years. i've been eating only dinner of anything i want and a TON of water. i've also been walking everywhere i go. i've lost 5 lbs in a week and i'm going to keep up with it, it's not hard. i'll check back in next week and tell everyone how it's going.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I had my weigh-in today. I lost another 5 pounds over these past two weeks! I'm only 5 pounds away from being at a healthy weight, but I would really like to get to 130. I think I have one of those distorted body images that many people trying to lose weight have. I still don't see that much of a difference, and I thought that by the time I reached about 145, I'd look different than I do now. I guess I just gotta keep moving along, and hope my self-concept gets better. Good luck to everyone, and I hope you all have success in your efforts!!!

So now that I told you all that, I will tell you this : after my mother(45) and my sister(16) changed their diets, my mother lost 60 lbs in a year and my sister lost 50 lbs in 6 months! I am telling you, I KNOW that what I told you to do up above WILL DEFINATLY WORK! You have to stick with it everyday and trust me,YOU WILL lose weight...a lot of weight! It isn't gonna just happen over night, you must follow every tip that I told you and you will notice in a month that you ARE losing weight. I lost 22 lbs by walking every day for an hour and i still ate mcdonalds because I didn't want to change my eating habbits like my mother and sister. Anyways, I am really proud of myself because I lost 25 pounds in 2.5 months which is totally awesome. But um, I just wanted to let you guys know that drinking green tea w/ or w/o honey( way better than sugar) is a great drink that helps satisfy sugar cravings. Trust me on this one. Ht. 5'0", Start: 114 lb, Today: 124 lb, Goal: 110 lb - What do ya think of my diet ideas: No soda, whole wheat bread, no more rich fatty desserts, no fried foods, no bad snack food only baked chips and fruit things like that. I am very active during the weekends but i think that im going to go on job=gs with my sister too... to sorta lose weight but its fun and healthy :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 230 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 160 lb - HEY! I've now lost 5 pounds since Monday! On the Atkins Diet, ive never seen results like these before in my life. Im so proud of myself.. Heres what I Eat Morning: 3 eggs w/ Cheese Snack: celery w/ Peanut Butter Lunch: Salad w/ boiled shredded chicken and fat free ranch Snack: Celery w/ Peanut Butter Dinner: Grilled Bell Pepper Stuff w/ Hamburger meat and green beans Desert: Fat Free Cherry Popsicle! And so far all i do is WALK a mile 4 times a week, and I get these great results. You should totally Try it!
