Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - omg could this weekend have gone any worse? easter isnt a good holiday for people on diets! i ate way too much candy and didnt get nearly enough exercise. i know it's serious but im just gonna try to forget about it and think about tomorrow. i'll either jump rope or run and i'll try to eat healthy. im kind of nervous about not reaching my goal by july. :[ oh well. i gotta tell myself its a lifestyle change not a quick fix! well good luck everyone and happy easter!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 345 lb, Today: 325 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Okay, so right now, I'm a size 24 jeans. Im hoping by the starting of summer to be a size 20, and by the end of summer a size 18 ( or at least maintain the 20) . I have a larger bone structure also, ( but I still am Pudddgggeeeyyyyy, haha) Do you think this is a realistic goal? Im hoping to lose 2 pounds aweek. and so far, im doing really well. Im also hoping by June 08 to be a size 14. Anytips? I mean, I've been big all my life, and been on more diets than I am old, but. Its still good to get advice and tips. I love doing DDR, ( it helps so much) much love everyone 3

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So, I have decided officially now that I will start jogging in the mornings. This weekend I might try and buy a watch so I will know how long I run for. I'm actually really nervous. I'm going to have to keep telling myself to get up and do it because in the mornings, I never want to get up. But I feel like this is the only way that I will continue my weight loss. Give me luck everyone!

I think I did it because I'm beginning to feel like all my effort is pointless. I don't lose anything anymore. I can't give up though. I'm still deciding whether to jump rope or run for 30 minutes each day...
