Ht. 5'5", Start: 197 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Its strange. I know HOW to lose weight and I've done it in the past. And I'm not doing an awful job because I've been able to maintain the 30 pounds i dropped, but I just dont have the drive to lose anymore. And its not like I lack motivation. I have prom, confirmation, varsity banquet and a wedding coming up!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Im doing horrible this week I gained back 4 pounds in three days. That don't sound eight becuase yesterday I weighed my self and it said 185 or 183 i can't rember then today it said 186 of course I did have on my night down. Ht. 5'2", Start: 149 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 110 lb - im really happy cuz ive been right on track since the start of the week. i have been exercising and eating moderately. my muscles feel sore right now but that's fine with me. im doing cardio (jogging and jumping rope) and pilates. although, of course i can do better. i havent weighed myself yet. haha i hope i can lose weight by july! :) can i lose 35 pounds by july? i surely hope so! god bless to all blubberbusters!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 266 lb, Goal: 230 lb - Hey everyone!! I read this biggest loser book by Jillian Michaels and she said that u can lose weight fast as long as u do it healthy. Not sure if I believe that! Becuz there are boundaries when it comes to weight lost. She had a lady on the show who lost 85IBS in 5 months but she did it healthy. It might be possible but only for a person who has a lot to lose. My biggest concern right now is to just get out on the 200's!!

Only reason why I aim for 12 is becuz right now I can cut back more since I weigh more but its hurting me. I always end up over eating!! Right now 1200 calories a day seems way to low for my body weight. TELL ME WHAT U ALL THINK??

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Is anyone here doing track? It just started yesterday at my school, and let me tell you, it's a REALLY tough, awesome workout. Yeah, there have been some parts where I feel like quiting, and just giving up, but I know that in the long run, track will more than likely help my weight loss efforts even more. I also heard that as the season progesses, it gets more fun, so here's hoping! I was just wondering if anyone else here is doing it, and kind of having a tough time, or just having wicked sore legs!
