Ht. 5'10", Start: 189 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I just started my diet a few days ago and i'm doing really good! I have a notebook that I wrote down all my goals and the rules i'm making for myself. Here are my rules/goals: Goals: get to 180 [my final goal will be 150-140, i'm just doing small ones for now] -2 pounds every 5 days. Rules: NO POP! Drink a glass of water before all meals. Snacks have to be a piece of fruit. 200 crunches mon/wed/fri. [I have basketball practice tues/thurs]. Don't weigh myself until the check-in days. I'm doing really good so far! And today I did 400 crunches!!! If you have any suggestions whatsoever, PLEASE let me know!!! I need all the help I can get!! - :D

Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 154 lb - well i am overweight. i am not 4 sure if that is the right hight or weight i have no clue i just gessed well i need tips i already drink a ton of water and people tell me to eat veggeis but i dont like most vegatables and or meats i eat mostly pastas and junk so is there any subsitutes also if i dont eat most of the food like meats and vegatables i dont get the nutrients i dont want to have to take medicine just to get my nutrition so i will be healthy grrrrrrr. i have weird taste budslol

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - BTW :: IM NOT SURE IF THAT IS MY REAL WEIGHT hey guys, i havent been here since about christmas. well i really dont know my weight because when i weigh myself at home, it says i am an even 170 every morning and every night, but then i got weighed in school and she said i was 152..that is a big difference, and i dont know which one to believe. but if i am 152 then my goal is 125 by the end of june. i eat special K with fat free milk for breakfast, 100 calorie pack OR special K bar with a piece of fruit for lunch, when i get home from school, i have an organic apple or grapes, but after easter, i am allowed to have peanut butter again, and i drink a lot of water, what else do you think i should do?

I just want you all to know that it doesnt matter if you are slightly overweight, it doesnt matter, as long as you are healthy. If you feel unhappy because you think other people think you are fat, dont take any notice of it. I have been told that i am overweight and i dont reely care what other people think. I am happy with my weight and i dont plan on loosing any more. Please, be confident within your self. Girls, you need some curves on you. It is sexy. Guys like it. And guys, we dont like men skinny. I hope you read this and look at your self in another angle. As long as your sugar levels, heart rate and blood preasure are ok, you dont need to loose weigth. luv ya'll, take care x x (Note: 11 st 2 is 156 lb.)
