Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so my whole "lets lose weight" thing started a couple months ago and i did great. but now my motivation is starting to slip and i eat unhealthy foods more than i should and sometimes i just say oh well i wont exercise today. does this happen to anyone else? after a few good, solid months of weight loss you start losing motivation? well i really really want that bikini by july so i gotta keep working at it. im gonna try jump rope when i dont have it in me to run. also a random question: are eggs over easy bad for you?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 145 lb - yay i lost another 2 pounds this week!! i'm down to 152.2 now...only .2 away from my easter goal of 152! so hopefully i will do that this week! and yesterday i tried on my friends jeans and i fit in to them! (true religion size 31..equals about a size 10 i think?) anyways i'm really excited! good luck to everyone!

I've been doing her old program, bodyflex, for awhile now and it really does produce fast inch loss but I just order her new program and was wondering the difference/if you should do both together or which is better????

This is crazy, i started tday running 6km[3miles] every morning, and eating breakfast & dinner [a protein bar 4 lunch] I'm only going to eat 800 calories a day, drinking water and skim milk. I want to loose by summer. BE BACK WITH UPDATES.
