Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't posted on here in a while. Anyways, I'd like some feedback on how I did today. Breakfast: Total whole-wheat cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 1/2 wheat pita w/turkey,swiss cheese,avacado,tomato,olives,lettuce,mustard & also a few carrots; Snack: sugar-free chocolate mint jello; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal-chicken fettichini alfredo & strawberries & 1% milk; Total Calories= about 1,215. Excercise: 20 minute walk & 15 minute bike ride; How'd I do? Let me know.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i just went out for a 1/2 hour jog and i can usually do it (well theres always some walking) but today after about 5 minutes i got these killer cramps so i had to power walk the other 25 minutes. Usually when i exercise i don't get cramps...does this have something to do with lack of endurance? is there anything to do while im running to make them go away? yeah if anyone knows why you get them im curious about that too. thanks and good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - k all! im so excited rite now!! instead of having a whole bagel for snack i had kix cereal. only 110 calories ( i do no milk) for 1 1/4 cup! and some carrots. b4 that i did 30 mins. of jumproping( 10 min. periods w/ 5 mins of resting) im ESPECIALLY happy b/c of catherine!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 131 lb, Today: 131 lb, Goal: 105 lb - hello everyone. ahh. just like i dont think that im too much overweight so im like it's ok just to eat bad tonight but then i see my hips and they are like huge and im thinking that, that is not right. but i really need help staying on track. my mom and i belong to a gym and when i go i work really hard but it does nothing when i eat bad. well at the end of the year they have this pool party and i dont wanna be one of those girls who the whole time are complaining about how fat they look the whole time. thanks guys. good luck

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Do any of you ever worry that even once you reach your goal weight, and are a healthy weight, that you still won't look like you pictured yourself to look, or like someone who is the same height and weight as your new, healthy weight? I know that I definitely thnk about this often. Just wondering if anyone else ever has this worry, too.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok for the last week and a half I was major sick with mono and had no appitite nor could I swallow anything. I ended up in the hostpital on an IV. Now that I'm better my appitite is back in full force and I'm not supost to do any physical activities. My mom said I can work on the elliptical but not long enough to work up a sweat. If I'm not working out I need to controll my food so I can get to a healthy weight. I'm so close and I don't want to mess it up by pigging out on very unhealthy foods when I have all the healthy food I could want avalible to me. What can I do to say no to the junk and get back on track. Also if it's 3:30pm and I don't eat again untill tomorrow morning that isn't really starving myself as long as I don't get hungry is it? I mean I will eat in the morning just right now I feel like if I don't eat and work out a little on the elliptical that hopefully I won't be gaining weight. Anyways I NEED tips bad for not over eating jumk. I'm so close to being healthy. 135 is a healthy weight for my height. I need to get there it's only 7 pounds away!!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I did absolutely horrible today. I'm so mad at myself. I ate like 8 graham crackers, and had like 10 bites of a cake. I won't touch either again! I'm planning on going on a bike ride in a little bit to burn off some of these calories. At least tomorrow is a new day.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Wow i have to admit i have been doing really well on my diet. I havent been going terribly hungry and i exercise daily. Alot of people were wondering what my daily routine was so here it is. Breakfast- Granola bites from Quakers(90 calories and sooo good) Mid morning snack- Apple (80 calories) Lunch- Turkey wrap, and 100 calorie pack(250 calories) Snack-100 calorie pack Dinner- What ever my mom makes. I try to have half 3/4 plate of veggies, some protein and a little potato or something. And if i am still hungry i have a sugar free popsicle(5 cals) For exercise i Jog about a mile, i stretch and do high kicks. I also do AB workouts and walk a little

Also, I do great on my diet during the day, but as soon as i get home from school, I just can't stop eating! how can i curb my appetite, and what snacks are best?
