Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I did absolutely horrible today. I'm so mad at myself. I ate like 8 graham crackers, and had like 10 bites of a cake. I won't touch either again! I'm planning on going on a bike ride in a little bit to burn off some of these calories. At least tomorrow is a new day.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Wow i have to admit i have been doing really well on my diet. I havent been going terribly hungry and i exercise daily. Alot of people were wondering what my daily routine was so here it is. Breakfast- Granola bites from Quakers(90 calories and sooo good) Mid morning snack- Apple (80 calories) Lunch- Turkey wrap, and 100 calorie pack(250 calories) Snack-100 calorie pack Dinner- What ever my mom makes. I try to have half 3/4 plate of veggies, some protein and a little potato or something. And if i am still hungry i have a sugar free popsicle(5 cals) For exercise i Jog about a mile, i stretch and do high kicks. I also do AB workouts and walk a little

Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I have a tough time losing weight and motivating myself for exercise. Also, I do great on my diet during the day, but as soon as i get home from school, I just can't stop eating! how can i curb my appetite, and what snacks are best? I'm trying to stay away from junk foods and chips and stuff and eat healthy, but healthy food is soooo boring! ahh! help!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i did pretty bad 2day so far so im gaonna runa mile cuz i feel bad heres what i had breakfast- kik, capahino lunch- breakfast sandwich and like a small egg roll thing. we were in the run 2day. we had a tight scheduale soo i had lunch had a gas station. i shoukd have had salad!!! :'( im going 2 run a mile now!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello everybody. Okay, well this is about the millionth time I have tried to lose weight. I am very overweight, and every day something or someone does or says has to do with my weight. I am just tired of it. Alright, well I am really going to try my best to loose weight. Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So last night I had a sleepover with a few of my friends. I think I did pretty good under the circumstances, but I would be very grateful for your opinions as well. For dinner we had hot dogs(I actually don't really like them), and I only had like three, small bites of one. Then I had about ten french fries at the most. That's all I ate all night. We were so busy that I honestly wasn't even hungry. I actually was able to get a lot of exercise in too. We went for over a two mile hike through the woods, and we ran/walked up and down the street, and we were playing pretty active games the whole night. I had been on track the whole week up until last night, and got right back on track today. Do you think I'll still be able to lose weight by my next weigh-in which is next Sunday, the 1st of April? (I weigh myself in two week incraments.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - before i say how much i want to lose by this date, how much do you think i could lose by july if i do this: jog for 30 minutes, 5x a week, 100 crunches a day(i know that doesnt help weight loss, but if i do lose the weight i would like to be toned), a random exercise every day for at least 10 minutes(jump rope, jumping jacks, walking), and eating about 1500 calories a day. I am very curious about what you think i could lose in the next few months with that routine. Thanks!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 194 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I am going to throw the biggest sweet 16 on september and it is important for me to weight at least 145 by then, do you guys think that it is possible for me to lose 35 pounds in like 5 months? it sounds possible but it is easier said then done!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Is it just me or do you sometimes lose weight after eating something that you shouldn't? Sometimes my body will lose 2 pounds after eating something like cake, or a cheeseburger. It's weird. Some people say it's like "shocking your metabolism".
