Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - wow I'm just gonna vent...I work as a secretary and this lady who works there was complaining about how rude her son is. I was like how old is ur son? and she goes forget it he would never be interested in u ur too fat. I was like excuse me but I was going to say if he was old enough to kick him out, but i clearly see where he gets his attitude from. but now even after i stood up for my self I feel miserable

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - oh yeah, i have more. The food i eat usually isn't very healthy and i don't get a lot of sleep- usually 5-6 hours if i'm luckey because i have so much homework. Anybody got some fast healthy snack and meal ideas???

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey i just read that genes play a crutial role in weight loss which is somewhat disapointing news because I'm programed the way i am & its going to be a lot harder losing weight becuase i have to fight against my genes. Ah! Its like losing with a slower metabolism. well hope this research helps anyone.

Breakfast: Apple Juice && 1 cup of cereal && skim milk
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich && pear && water && green beans
Snack: Sun Chips
Dinner: Chicken && water && peas && carrots
Did I do good today?? I dont know if I did or didn't, seemed like a little overboard to me... any comments about this??

breakfast-small tortilla w/ cheese skim mild
lunch- pear, tuna sandwich( 180 cals)1/2 grahm cracker.milk
snack- grahm cracker, a LITTLE bit of gold fish
dinner- chicken( 235cals) grapes and wheat bread. i didnt do
2 good but not 2 bad. i need 2 work out now. ill post latter. PLEASE COMMENT!! IT HELPS!! :D

Ht. 5'5", Start: 197 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I was on the eliptical for 64 minutes--800 calories burned! Whoop! I didn't eat really well, but it wasn't as bad as usual. Its good motivation to watch Supersize Me while working out.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I have lost another pound!! I have been doing sit-ups, running, jumping jacks, and aerobics. I find that after I have done all of these things, I have more energy. But anyways, stay focused on your goal, and everything will seem so much easier!! Good luck to you all!! ~Laina~

Ht. 5'0", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My mom made me cry yesterday. She said that I was overweight and that I needed to lose ten pounds, and then keep it off. I used to be 110 pounds at the beginning of freshman year (last year) but I just gained so much weight and I'm not sure why! I started the Special K diet yesterday, just to start off, but I have a feeling I am going to get off track after the two weeks. Yesterday was really bad, I ate a lot. Today I'm doing pretty well so far. I had 1 cup Special K with 1/2 cup skim milk, and a cup of skim milk (150 + 90) then for a snack I had a serving of Reduced Fat Wheat Thins (130) and a propel (25) I worked out today for 55 minutes. I walked 2.3 miles on the treadmill and did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine, burning -400 calories. I'm so hungry now though, but I want to wait until dinner!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I am confused, now my friends say that i am not fat, but on the BMI scale i am overweight. I feel overweight and my mom admits it too. i tell my friends not to lie, but then they get mad at me for asking because they think that i keep asking to just get compliments. i dunno what to do. im about 25 pounds overweight.
