Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay, so i'm just experimenting with weight loss. I want to loose weight, but I don't think i can make the sacrifice. I love ice cream and pizza, and i'm not sure if im willing to loose those. I joined guard at school, but i ahve only seemed to gain weight. If anyone has any tips or anything, i would seriously appreciate it.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 100 lb - OMG!!! I haven't posted in like, forever! My last post is propably on page like, 100!!! ANYWAY! I'm sick right now so i'm losing weight,(the best thing about being sick) but i'm afraid as soon as I get better I will gain my weight back. Also, i'm worried that the BMI calculater wasn't very accurate because i'm a dancer so i'm muscular. I know it says if you're very muscular the calculater isn't accurate but i'm not sure if i'm very muscular or just muscular. Anyways dancing is definatly a great way to keep in shape. I do ballet, modern, and jazz and if i didn't i would definatly weigh like, 200 pounds. Try dancing if you need to lose weight! It's fun and effective!!!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Gah...I'm so upset with my body. I know it has to work at it's own pace, but why!? I didn't lose any weight yet this week. It's starting to get on my nerves. Every other week I lose weight now. I hate it. I want my 2 pounds every week back. I spend so much time eating healthy and exercising, and it sucks. I do 30 minutes on my fastrak, and I take the dog for a walk everyday for at least 30 minutes. Yesterday my little sister and I spent a lot of time riding bikes all around the place. We were riding bikes everywhere. Maybe if I work extra hard today, and Saturday I'll lose some weight. I'm going to a park on Saturday, and tonight I'll probably bike ride some more. This is so irritating. Plus, today is my 2 brothers birthday, and there's going to be cake!!! I'm so scared that I'm going to eat a piece. It's my favorite home made cake, and it is so fattening!!! Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 185 lb - I've been reading lately about different food disorders such as compulsive overeating and night eating syndrom, which I suspect I have because I fit all the symptoms of nes, eating over 50 percent of my calories at night and not being able to sleep without high cal foods...what are your thoughts on these disorders?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 289 lb, Goal: 200 lb - [200 is my first goal, by the way.] The end of last week, beginning of this week, is the first time I've really been serious about dieting lately. I've lost about 6 pounds in this time frame and I was thinking that it's probably mostly waterweight but I was wondering if it's possible for that to be some fat at least. It just seems like an awful lot real quick, this always happens to me the first few weeks of dieting. What do you guys think?

I work out 30 minutes in the morning on my fastrak, and then I take my dog for a 1 hour walk when I get home from school. Do you think this is enough? Also, when did your loss start to slow down? I used to lose 2 pounds weekly and now I just randomly lose weight every other week. Sometimes it's 2, sometimes 4, and like last week it was 5.
