Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - .So bascally my diet is simple get down one pound a week and im satisfyed. So last week i controled what i eat and tried not to eat anything with unreasonable calories i got down to 144 than i did the dumbest thing on the weekend had pizza one night andlets just say if you came near me with a sharp object i would hav popped. so it took me 3 days to get to 145. so im happy about that and another thing that made this day great was that my mom finally listened to me and got some healthy food and we are both on a diet.
oh and i read in a magazine that fresh spinach gets rid of belly fat, but that takes weeks, and that mangeos help you lose ten pounds in a month.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well i wiehged in this morning and 172.5 which i don't know how its not more really cuz these last few days i swear all i've done is eat, but w/e i guess NEW DAY hehe. I just need some motivation or sumthin, i mean i've been kinda depressed for the past few weeks cuz me and my bf of over a year had a really nasty break up and he's already with sum bimbo and i guess its hard for me to move on but kinda as a treat my best friend and i are doing a pamper day on saturday and getting our hair cut and recolored and a mani and pedi and then going shopping for prom dresses all day so hopefully that will cheer me up but i don't know. Its just hard I really just wanna move on to the next step in my life and turn the page on all of it but i can't get away from it, I just wanna graduate! I'm just hoping if I keep my mind preoccupied (especially on my weight loss goals) maybe i can try to forget... (view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - oh geez. i have these days sometimes where i look in the mirror and get really mad and think to myself, why the hell do i have to be fat? and then some days i feel like, i'm eating healthy and exercising and i'm on my way to a great body. but just now before i got in the shower i had one of those terrible fat moments. does this happen to anyone else? well at least it makes me healthier for a short time afterwards cause i hate myself so much...after i read that it makes it sound like i'm depressed but that feeling only happens occasionally.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 182 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Okie, so i guess you can say i was always the "fat" one of the group. but today my friends say im not fat and i shouldnt worry. but every test i take, every visit to the doctor, im always told that im obese. i think the basic thing is, i dont like to exercise. i hate it. i dont like running. all of my friends are skinny and athletic. everything im not. i try to walk around like i dont really have a low self esteem, but i do. my doctor prescribed me on glucophage... im not a diabetic. the upside is, it helped me lose 15 lbs. but i guess that was just luck =\. if any body has any tips to lose more weight, please email me at hiiiiimlaura@aol.com feel free to talk to me about ur problems.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - today was a rele bad day in gym I heard all these girls who are either at a healthy weight or super thin calling themselves fat and they started to shout out their weights and i wanted 2 leave so bad cuz im the biggest one in our class :/

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So this Friday, I'm having a sort of "party" thing at one of my friend's house. My three best friends and I are finally able to all get together at the same time. I know there's going to be lots of great food, and besides, they eat more than what seems humanly possible anyway(two of them somehow remain stick-skinny), but my question is, if I choose maybe one or two things that I really want to eat, and eat them, will I still be able to lose weight by my next weigh-in(I weigh myself in two week incraments, so my next weigh-in would be on April 3rd)? I will also be eating good up until after school when I go to her house. I've been on track all of this week, and plan to get right back on track Saturday, so will I still see results, do you think? Thanks for the help!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 189 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Heyguys i was on a diet for a while a few months ago and i lost 4 pounds but i lost motivation and i'm back 110%. I'v lost a little under 7 pounds in two weeks i would like tips for exercising at home as i do extra work after school and dont get home till about 7. I then have big exams coming up this year in june so i wondered if the was any efective workout that i could do at home in my room but dont take up to much time. I'm happy with my weight loss so far but i feel like i'm sliping again. And it doesn't help that my mother isn't supportive(She's a chef). Please help would be great even a little motivational message would be great. Thanks(i'm new by the way)

I had Quaker WeightControl Oatmeal,-snack: 100cal pack of chocolate goodies & a granola bar.-Dinner: 2/3 cup of chile and 1/2 cup of clam chowder.-Dessert-Brownie.-EXERCISE!!~ I ran 1.25mile. Did 40crunches, 40 (20lb) bicep and back muscle (name??) lifts. WOO I feel sooooo good. :] :] :] :]
