Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Taco time lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & chicken chili & a diet coke & 1 hard strawberry candy & 7 peices of sugar-free gum; Snack: apple w/ 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter; Dinner: brown rice w/soy sauce & carrots & sugar-snap peas w/fat-free ranch; Dessert: strawberry whole fruit bar; Total Calories: About 1,385; Excercise: 20 minute walk & 1-hour hip-hop class (but it's easy and low-impact) Give me a reply. Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 270 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well I lost 10IBS but as u can see I have a loooooong way to go. So my short term goal is every 40IBS. I'mma use it as a one step closer to my Long term goal. I think if a lot of people did short term goals, that lead u to the longer term goal, things would be a lot easier. Dont think about...ahhh I gotta lose 50IBS!! Focus on 15IBS at a time. Before u know it you'll be 50IBS lighter.Good luck!

How much weight have you guys all lost? I have lost 55 pounds. And the final question, Since it is now getting nicer outside, what are you guys doing for workouts? I have began to walk a lot more, and bike ride, and I plan on buying a badminton set to play.

My mom decided to order pizza today, and it just happened to be my favorite pizza ever, which she barely ever orders. But I didn't eat any of it. Instead I had special k, and some corn later. It was so hard to resist the craving, especially because I had to get my boyfriend his plate of pizza, so I had to touch it and everything. Anyways, do any of you have friends who are trying to lose weight also, but aren't doing it correctly? My best friend has lost 26 pounds by barely eating, and she brags about it. It irritates me because I work so hard, and I don't even brag about my weight loss. I wish she'd lose weight right with me so we could be diet buddies.

BUT fortuneatly my mom is going 2 the store 2day 2 get lean turkey deli stuff. for super i did better i followed "lucy's rule" of cutting stuff in half. half of a pork chop, half baked potato, and a sala w/ fat free low cal. ranch. i still need 2 exercise 2nite though ill update later. I am the only one on the program right now, and I think if people could join. It is a very good program geared to children. Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i did one of the hardest things in weight loss today. me and my 3 best friends (stick friends of course) went to dairy queen, ritas italian ice, and mcdonalds today. I was with them the whole time and i resisted buying anything! this may not sound like much of an acomplishment but i was soooo close to ordering a dilly bar. haha. well i did have a few bites of my friends italian ice but thats not bad at all. i dont have enough time for a jog today but i did walk for about 45 minutes. i think i'll jump some rope on my back deck.
