Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 270 lb, Goal: 220 lb - Well that mac and cheese made my stomach hurt later on in the day so imma just stay away from it. My body is goin threw changes since I've been on a diet. So maybe my body is saying stay away from the mac and cheese! LOL. I weighed myself today and it says that I lost 2IBS. Probably so becuz I've been doin extra walking(2 school)and plus being heavier right now means it'll come off a lil faster.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Alright, now my weekend isn't as good. My friend is making me so incredibly angry right now. She's cheating her way through weight loss by not eating, and taking this medication that increases her metabolism. She claims that she lost 38 pounds, but she looks like she did when she was at 246 pounds. Her appearance has not changed, and I know that 38 pounds would make a difference. Not just that but she is planning on losing 13 more pounds by the end of next week. It's so unnerving. I work my butt off to lose my weight, and she cheats her way through it. But she acts as though she's worked so hard to lose it. I'm sorry if you guys think this is stupid, but I need to release this anger. Thanks everyone.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I decided to change my goal weight up 10 pounds to 140. It sounds better for my height. I've been having such a great week so far. Spring break is coming. I made it on High Honor Roll, and I was so proud of myself! Yesterday I went to the store, and I bought a size 15 pair of pants. I already had the same pair before, but I gave them to Goodwill because they were 17's and those 17's are too big. They sag everywhere. The pants fit, but they are really snug, and make my stomach bulge out, so I've decided to use those as goal pants, since I don't have any. Another 5-10 pounds and I think I can wear them comfortably. I was glad they even buttoned. When I got home, I looked at the width of the waist, and I didn't think they were going to fit, they looked so small from my 17's. I was nervous putting them on, but they buttoned fine. It's funny because I remember when I bought the same pant's in 17's, and they were super tight then, and now I'm in the 15's. I can't wait to get into 13's. I'm so happy! This week is going to be good.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey everyone~ i cannot eat breakfast,it makes me gag=( i know this is really bad cuz breakfast gets your metabolism going but i just can't eat it=( but for lunch i had pizza in a whole wheat wrap with a juicebox, and for supper i had a can of chicken noodle soup and 6 crackers with a glass of water. i jogged/walked on the treadmill for a half hour then i did 150 jumping jacks, i am also gonna do 100 situps before i go to bed. how did i do today?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Today was absolutely great. So...I was using my English teacher's phone to call my mom. She was talking to my Math teacher while I was doing that. After I hung up, I noticed that they were whispering, and I had a feeling it was about me. My Math teacher noticed my questioning face, and said "Yes, we're talking about you." She then told me that I look like I've lost a lot of weight since the beginning of the year.(I was about 180, now I'm 159.) My English teacher agreed and then my Math teacher asked me how much I lost. Throughout all of this, I was just standing their shrugging shyly, because I was so happy that someone besides an immediate family member noticed. It feels SOOOO awesome when someone notices. For any of you are sort of in a "bad place" in your diet right now, just think how great it will be when someone recognizes that you've lost weight(unless they already have, then just wait until they notice that you've lost even more weight!). I've come to the conclusion that I most definitely love feeling like this! Thanks for all the support!!! Good luck!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Thanks for the replys on my last post. Today I woke up at 10. I wanted to get up earlier because a schedual helps me with eating right. Anyways I didn't. So far today I have had a bowl of special K with fat free milk and a banana. It felt good to have a filling but light breakfast for the first time in a week. I also worked on the elliptical for 5 minutes. That means I have 25 more minutes of elliptical to make my goal for today. I'm finishing up as soon as my grandma leaves. She smokes and elliptical and smoky room kills. Literaly!! Insted of finishing my workout with all the smoke I did my laundry. Doesn't burn as many calories but it's still productive. For lunch I"m having a lean pocket and an apple. Dinner is Lean Cuisine and some can corn and celery. I'm also drinking lots of water and a glass of V-8 today. I'm also starting to take vitamines.
