Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ahhhhhhh. these last few days have not been good. i havent exactly binged but if i made a list of all the junk ive had in the last few days it would not be good. i dont call it binging cause i didnt just sit in front if the tv and shove food into my face for an hour(like i used to, haha). but i just ate something small here and there. so today i'm gonna attempt 30 minute jump rope(burns 300 calories!) and im going to the gym during my study hall tomorrow. on a little bit of a different note, its kinda sad right now cause my dad just bought a case of glass coke bottles cause i absolutely love those and we never have them and i want to drink them so bad. thyre smaller than the plastic ones(100 calories each i think) so would it be ok to have one a day for the next couple days?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 125 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey its me again so far Ive gotten many helpful tips! It would be really great if someone could give me advice on how to lose the lbs on my stomach since thats where all of it is, and it makes me look about 6 months pregnant and Im really tired of being asked when Im due. Is there a way to flatten my stomach by the middle of May? I have really important events coming up and I would like to look nice for myself, and to show others in my family that I can lose weight and keep off. Thanks

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everyone. The whole jump roping for 30 minutes thing works wonders. I did that for my work out yesterday and lost a pound in one day!!! I was so happy. I was going to do it again today, but my calves are so incredibly sore that I wouldn't be able to.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 122 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Let's see, for today, i had a bowl of kashi cereal, popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, this hostas thing (it was only 160 cal.), bowl of luckey charms, and a granola bar. i'm estimating about 1200-1300, but i think it's a little over. Oh yeah, anything Kashi brand, is really good and healthy, and filling!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey Everyone! I've been doing so good! My tummy is flat again which is awesome, it makes me smile! But yea I honestly don't know what I weigh right now cuz the battery in my scale needs to be changed and I don't get paid til friday so its gonna have to wait until then ;) But I guess the positive of the is maybe the results will be better so yay! I've just been keeping myself busy and not binging and yea i've just been really positive which definetly helps! Oh yea and I met a boy...and girls just so u know boys don't like skinny girls! I promise u! There are so many guys out there that tell me they love curvy girls because thats how a women is suppose to look, so if ur like me and have big hips just accept the things u can't change and work on the things u can like losing the tummy and the thunder thighs. Anyone have any ideas or mechanisms that can work to stop eating. Also Is it possible for me to work reallyt hard and lose 100 pounds in 5 months? I have a cruise in September :(

Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok.. i kno that my body wasnt built to be as small as some of my friends but i dont like to be overweight either... i am startnig to become more confident about myself but i just wish i could wear a bikini and not be so self-conscience. so i have like 4 months to loose about 20-30 pounds////i eat pretty healthy(but sometimes i eat to much or eat ice cream) and excerise almost everyday by walknig and somedays i run-- but its not workin+++++ does anyone haev any suggestions on how i can loose weight faster?
