Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I don't know how much longer I can put up with my friends bull crap. Last week she told me she weighed 208, and this week she said she got to 193. 15 pounds. She looks the same as she did at 246. I think she's trying to compete with me, and I'm not one to put up with lying. Everyone says she looks the same. She's starving herself to lose weight. If she even has lost weight. She doesn't eat anything, but when she does it's typically McDonald's or cookies. I tried to put up with it for as long as I could, but I don't think I can anymore. I'm going to probably end up yelling at her. Which I'd rather not do. She lies about everything. Is it even possible with starvation to lose 53 pounds in 2 months? I want to have her weigh herself on my scale in front of me as proof. If it truly says 193 then I'll believe her. It's just so irritating. She hasn't worked out at all. I workout almost... 1 small whole wheat tortilla w/ cottage cheese and spices in it( w/e kind i use this cucumber stuff) and but vegetrables on it ( i do carrots and spinagh) and sunflower seeds( little bit) thats what i have 4 lunch every day and some kin of fruit or something!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had so far for today. Breakfast a half of a bagel and water and one fig newton. Then for excerses I did 30 crunnchs and 10 roll downs. I can't do any cardio because it's raining outside and I can't run in the house because everything will bounce. I'll put what I have for lunch and dinner

Its really motivating to see results...and i hope that you all keep on track! ...even if u fall of the wagon make sure that your back on again ;) ..Goodluck and i'll keep you posted!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'm getting so incredibly annoyed. I can't lose weight. I think I've hit my first plateau. I'm not 100% sure yet because on Sunday and Monday I didn't eat too great. But I don't know if that's why I haven't lost weight. I've been at 184 for 2 weeks, and if I don't lose weight by tomorrow then it'll be 3 weeks. I don't know if it's my fault or if it is a plateau. I try and jump rope for 30 minutes when I can. My calves get really sore from it though. So sometimes I'll work on my abs or arms when my calves are sore. I'm going to continue jupming rope for 2 weeks. And if I don't lose any weight by then, then I'll start jogging. Which I'd rather not do, but if I have to, I will. I don't know what's wrong. I did up my calories to 1,500, maybe I should bring them back down to 1200 again. Maybe I'm not getting enough exercise. I mean, I still have 44 pounds to lose, so I know my body isn't done losing weight. Any ideas how to break through this plateau? What did you guys do to get out of a plateau?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - OMG i am going to get braces next week. actually, in 5 days. I am so nervous, although I will only have them on for 18 months. Does anyone who has braces tell me what it feels like or helpful tips? thank you so much..... i know it doesn't have to do with weight! lol

So next week im gonna start doing exercese again this week I took off because my dads home ( he's a truck driver) So Next week im really trying to be down to 175 by the end of march. Do you thinks it's possible to be down to 155 or less by the end of August it's only 29 pounds?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 230 lb, Today: 227 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hi, My name is Brooke and im new to this site. Ive started the Atkins diet this Monday and so far ive lost 3 pounds. I eat nothing but protein and run 1 mile a day on my treadmill. So far so good. By my 20th birthday ( April 19th of 08 ) I would love to meet my Goal weight. Since having a baby over a year ago its been extremely hard to lose the weight, and this diet has been the first one for me to see results! So i highly suggest it.
