Ht. 5'5", Start: 631 lb, Today: 631 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I saw that a lot of people here weighed a whole lot and are now in the 100's, seriously, how did u guys do that? how long did it take and what were people's reaction 2 your weighloss because looking at those figures (numbers) i know that ur appeareance changed a whole lot! Some of you have lost over 30 or 40 pounds... and I would really like 2 do that too.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 140 lb - WOOOHOOO!!! I finally dropped some more weight! I was on a plateau, and I hadn't lost any weight in 3 weeks! I thought I was never going to lose again, but I did. Now, I am only 2 pounds away from weighing 179! I can't wait to get into the 170's.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 168 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well. ive been having 3 meals everyday witha snack at lunch annd a little snack after school. breakfast- piece of bread with a little butter with a weight watchers yogurt. lunch- fat free turkey and cheese sandwich with cheeze it's and carrots. dinner-i am always having something healthy w/ usually a salad w/ organic dressing. i havent drank anything but water and one glass of milk. ive been having water before, during, and after each meal. i have lost 3 pounds so far and trying to lose more :] i only started on wednesdayy.... exercise- jumping on trampoline, dancing, gym on weekdays.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - when i told one of my friends that my goal weight was 125 she said that was too thin for someone who is 5'6. What do u guys think? Is 125 too thin and should i raise my goal?

I told her that if she buys any bad foods i will throw them away b/c i cannot resist them. I just wanted to say thanks for all your help guys :) Im going for a walk right now :)

I rele liked the clothes from kohls but nothin rele fit well and so i dress in sweats and stuff like that. So, does anyone know where I can find clothes in bigger sizes I live in Jersey, thnx. BTW if anyone knows any make-up sites or anything let me kno. I have horrible self esteem and I figured maybe if i brighten up my look it'll help

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey, i havent exercised 2 day but im going 2 2nite. for eating breakfast- kix snack( i was really hungry we were practicing our play like 9-11:30) dorritos :( and a little bit of pudding*cries* lunch - not all my apple, 2/3 my light tuna wheat bread sandwich and half my milk, i wasnt hungry b/c of the dorritos! lol when i got home i did really bad :( 1 pie, piece of some bread.... for supper i CAN NOT EAT A LOT!! my day was kinda bad... ill work it off 2nite. adios
