Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I don't feel very good today. I had jelly beans yesterday and now I'm paying for it. I've been eating too much sugary foods lately, so I've decided to not allow myself any candy for at least a week. Then I probably won't even want candy after the week is over. Any way, what is everyone's favorite meal and snack that you have? Mine is either my turkey on whole wheat with fat free cheese and mustard or my eggs and toast in the morning. My favorite snack is probably Quakes Rice Snacks...I like the cheddar cheese ones.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 205 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 112 lb - Response to "Im doing 400-600 crunches every day" Whatever youre doing, its not proper crunches. Youre just hurting your back and wasting time. A normal crunch workout should be a set of 20-30 crunches x 3 sets. You have to feel the burn after 30 or youre doing them wrong. Again, 400-600 is ridicilous waste of time and only hurts your back

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - EEK! I need to lose inches, and weight, and I need to lose them FAST! Even if I lose weight, I never seem to get any smaller! I'm in two plays right now, and in both of them, people have to pick me up, and in one of them, I have to tapdance in really short shorts and a strapless top...and when I dance, things JIGGLE, and it's mainly my upper thighs that I'm worried about, but my arms, too, and back, and I need to be SMALLER ASAP! HEEEELP!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I didn't get to run this morning. I was quite mad. I was going to do it on my treadmill, but my boyfriend's ride for work didn't come so he stayed home. I don't like exercising when he's around, so I didn't. But I think I'm going to take a speed walk when I get home, and see how I like it. Maybe I'll do that instead this week and see if I lose any weight. If I do, I might just do that for work outs until I quit losing weight with it, then switch to jogging. Anyways, I was really excited because yesterday I had a salad. I've never been a salad person. It was one of my ultimate goals, to be able to eat a salad and not be completely disgusted. I thought it tasted pretty good. I just wanted to share my personal accomplishment with everyone.

When I knew Spring Break was coming I was determined to be more active during the week, and that hasnt happened. Ive been eating horribly && have not had any time to exercise.
