Ht. 5'5", Start: 222 lb, Today: 213 lb, Goal: 182 lb - So yeah, it's been a month since my Doctor told me I needed to lose 40 Ilbs. I've lost 9, which means that I'll probably end up at my goal in three weeks. This month I'm upping my gym time from half an hour three times a week to 45 min three times a week. I hope it helps.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 197 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well I had a terrible week. I was knowingly lazy and ate way too many carbs. I admit it. I was bad. But this week I am back on track. My goal is to not necessarily be skinny, but just be healthy. One thing I have started doing is adding spices to my healthy foods so they arent all bland. A new one is to mix halibut fillets with hot salsa. mmm

Ht. 5'0", Start: 125 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hi everyone my name is Amanda! Well basically I was just wanting some advice. You see not long ago I used to weigh 125lb, but now I weigh 167lb; I know that for my height(5'0) that must be extremely unhealthy. If somebody could just give me some tips or something on how to get back to my normal weight I would greatly appreciate it. Here's my email ngprincess07@aol.com feel free to email me; please no hate mail.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im starting to jump rope every day now (hopefully for about 20-30 minutes a day) and i'm wondering if anyone else gets out of breath as fast as i do using a jump rope. after 25-50 jumps im sooo out of breath i have to stop. i have to stop every minute or so and catch my breath. i can feel my heart pounding in my chest harder than when i do any other cardio. thats good right? should i stick w/ jump rope cause my heart beats so much faster? is that burning calories?
