Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Thanks for the replys on my last post. Today I woke up at 10. I wanted to get up earlier because a schedual helps me with eating right. Anyways I didn't. So far today I have had a bowl of special K with fat free milk and a banana. It felt good to have a filling but light breakfast for the first time in a week. I also worked on the elliptical for 5 minutes. That means I have 25 more minutes of elliptical to make my goal for today. I'm finishing up as soon as my grandma leaves. She smokes and elliptical and smoky room kills. Literaly!! Insted of finishing my workout with all the smoke I did my laundry. Doesn't burn as many calories but it's still productive. For lunch I"m having a lean pocket and an apple. Dinner is Lean Cuisine and some can corn and celery. I'm also drinking lots of water and a glass of V-8 today. I'm also starting to take vitamines. Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 122 lb, Goal: 115 lb - wow! i'm really proud of myself. I didn't eat that much today, especially concidering i was home alone. It's always a problem when i'm home alone because i eat a lot out of boredom. I had a bowl of cereal, a yoplait yogurt, a fruitsnack, some ice cream, and this thing w/ whole wheat noodles, pizza sauce and mozz. cheese, corn, and manderin oranges. I went a little overbored with the noodles, but over all, i'm estimating about 1500 calories. The whole morning, i listened to music and danced. i didn't turn on the TV until 2:30. I also went for a bike ride to the store so i could get my grandma a b-day card. I think i coulda held back a little on the noodles, but at least they were whole wheat.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I've been here before but now I'm going to be coming more often. Sometimes I feel so bad about my weight (Even though it doesn't even look like I weight that much.) I recently started dating this great guy who loves me, but sometimes I feel like my weight is a problem. If anyone can help me, with either both issues or just one it would be great! I know I may sound..........I don't know............but this is putting alot of stress on me!!! I NEED HELP!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Ugh, i have slipped and fallen, and honestly it feels like i'm strarting again at the very beginning...I don't even know the last time i weighed this much, not that i'm surprised I mean in the past 2 weeks or so i've eaten enough to provide for a third world country so no wonder the numbers are up. Its just so frustrating right now it just feels like its outta my control and its not like I don't have a reason to get these 28 lbs off I mean i got all these things coming up that I wanna look good for (prom, easter, graduation, state comp., when i got to flordia, and the list goes on...) but seriously y won't i just buckle down and do it? Its not like I don't know how or sumthin but its like my body isn't doing what i'm telling it to do. Goodness I just gotta stop making excuses and just do it. Wish me luck, I'm really gonna try today.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - oh geez i thought i was doing good today until i got home from school. I had a small bowl of cereal, half a pb&j on wheat, a small ziploc bag of chex, i jogged for 1/2 hour during my study hall and then....brownie and milkshake. at least there was only about 3 inches in the glass though. how can i avoid eating crappy when i get home?! everyday it happens! erghhhhh
p.s.- my current weight is 145(down 5 lbs!) it just wont let me put it up.

LOL.So my new thing is...right now I'm just gonna work on getting out of the 200's. I don't wanna be 2 nothing by the end of this year! I'm off to a great start.

It's not like the extra junk food is makeing me feel any better after getting over mono but it's like I feel like I can't stop. I need to get back on track and start loseing weight again. I can't gain everything back that I have lost. I need to get down to my goal of 135 and my ultimate goal of 125. I mean I know I'm not way over weight. I haven't ever been more than 20 pounds over weight and I know a lot of you have a lot more problems because of weight than I do but I just don't feel good with all this extra weigh I put on. I used to love running and now it's becoming work. I really need some tips in getting 10 pounds off by june 7th. I'm just not myslef latly and I feel like it's because I was 125 and worked hard to be there and then I just let myself go and got up to 158. Thats a lot of weight... (view more)
