Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone! I haven't been on in a while but here's what I've been doing.
I've been eating healthyfully,(not more than 1400 cal. a day)
I've been working out everyday, ( running at least a mile and weight lifting)
And I've been enjoying seeing my love handles, tummy and thighs get smaller and smaller.
In previous years I've tried to lose weight but never stuck with it. this time I really think I can do it.

Hey Guys I Havent Been Here In a while so i thought i might stop in. I have been doing good and keeping my modivation up with Track, and who shows up to track pratice. Like Jorden a guy i like. Hes todaly cool and even though he dosent know it hes my motivation to push myself through. Well good luck to everyone.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 164 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm so upset, i was down to 157 last week but i went up 3 pounds cause i was really upset this week so i just ate. My goal keeps looking farther and farther aaway for me and i feel like i'll never make it by july. :( what should i do please help me. i'm in a rut. and i dont know what to do.....

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What do you think about having a small dessert every day like a small peice of dark chocolate, 1/2 a cookie, a sugar free jello, 100-calorie ice cream cup, low-cal ice cream bar, or a whole fruit bar? I think it's a good idea but maybe not? Also, I am so confused about granola bars! I thought they were healthy so I got 4 of them from a gas station and I read the nutrition facts and they don't seem healthy- they are sugary and stuff...

Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Taco time lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & chicken chili & a diet coke & 1 hard strawberry candy & 7 peices of sugar-free gum; Snack: apple w/ 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter; Dinner: brown rice w/soy sauce & carrots & sugar-snap peas w/fat-free ranch; Dessert: strawberry whole fruit bar; Total Calories: About 1,385; Excercise: 20 minute walk & 1-hour hip-hop class (but it's easy and low-impact) Give me a reply.
