Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i did one of the hardest things in weight loss today. me and my 3 best friends (stick friends of course) went to dairy queen, ritas italian ice, and mcdonalds today. I was with them the whole time and i resisted buying anything! this may not sound like much of an acomplishment but i was soooo close to ordering a dilly bar. haha. well i did have a few bites of my friends italian ice but thats not bad at all. i dont have enough time for a jog today but i did walk for about 45 minutes. i think i'll jump some rope on my back deck. Good luck everyone! i'll probably post again tomorrow!

Today i got home and i ate, some rice chex, some trix, half a can of pringles, a dr pepper, 3 slices of pizza, a bowl of pasta, and that was my dinner and snacks. I know it's too much but i can't stop, what can i do to help me get on track? i know i can't lose all of my embarassing blubber before spring break, but what are some solutions to not being embarassed on the beach in a bathing suit? Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i live in pittsburgh and the weather here is gorgeous! So, i'm sitting on my back deck alternating between jump rope and homework. :] I was wondering how many calories you burn jumping rope. I realize it would be more effective if i went without homework breaks but right now i do about 50 at once then stop for maybe 10 minutes. Any ideas how many calories this burns? Thanks guys and good luck! P.S. i did my weekly "measure-in" today, and i lost another half inch this week!
