Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I am confused, now my friends say that i am not fat, but on the BMI scale i am overweight. I feel overweight and my mom admits it too. i tell my friends not to lie, but then they get mad at me for asking because they think that i keep asking to just get compliments. i dunno what to do. im about 25 pounds overweight.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and 150 cal fiber bar. For snack 4 cookies (bad) 150 cal each. For supper one serving of pizza caserole and a salad. For exercises 15 min basketball. 20 min jump rope. 15 min walking. and after supper if have time 30 min of twister dance and maybe 15 min of Carribean Workout. How did I do

Ht. 5'7", Start: 201 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 150 lb - this is my first day of diet i had 1240 calories and played basketball for 40 minutes and did 30 crunches and 20 situps how did i do for my first day and how long should it take to fit into a bikini size 8 im a size 14 now? PLEASE RESPOND!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so, no exercise today. :[ Its rainy outside and theres no cardio for me to do inside. I had about 1200 calories today and i feel pretty good about that. as for my weekly monday measuring, i lost a whole inch since last week! (i measure around the biggest part of my stomach) I'm so happy, i'm one inch closer to a bikini! Its just sooo easy to gain an inch back, i gotta work hard! Good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - this is so hard 2 find time to exercise. i cant do it! i am an A student, am in softball, have a papertoute, do violin, do piano, babysit A LOT, take care of my dog, TRY to find time for a social life, and i might b taking flute this summer. Ht. 5'5", Start: 197 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well food is a major problem for me lately. Now that I am working out more I have become a bottomless pit. I am averaging about 60-80 minutes of cardio daily. Yesterday I did less, and felt guilty because I ate A TON. Anywho, I have more freetime lately, so I will just have to boost up the exercise.

Today, I had a twix bar, 5 skittles, 3 pieces of pizza, half a can of coke, a bottle of apple juice, and 2-3 glasses of milk...I think that was pretty bad. I didn't do gym today because I've been sick. But, I did manage to do 24 X-Crunches, and 24 of these other things...I forget what they're called. I don't know. It helps tighten up your abs. I'll get better eventually. I think I'm gonna start the jump roping thing...How did I do?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - UGGGHHH!!! I just binged. I had chips, cottage cheese, 290 calorie's worth of peanut butter, a banana, and some 5 triscuits. I feel so bad. But otherwise I was good today. Maybe I should just go REALLY light on the dinner tonight. can I have some feedback?? :-/

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - WEll I lost 2 more pounds but it's kind of depressing. I don't like loosing so much because I'm sick. Even though it's only been 3 pounds and it's only been a week. I don't like knowing that the reason I'm loseing is because I can't eat. I've been drinking a ton of water and drinking Ensures everyday but I know thats not enough. I'm starting to feel sick but I just can't eat anything. So depressing. :(
