Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had for eat today. For breakfast toaster strudle and 2 small pieces of ham and milk. For lunch 1 chicken leg, like 4 bites out of mashed potaotes and gravy, green beans, and butter and jelly on a biscite, and water. For supper a sandwhich, and a 100 cal pak and water. For exercises 5 min treadmill, 100 crunchs on ball, 30 ball roll up, 20 planks, 12 triceps dip, about an hour pulling wallpaper off it causes a lot of standing, 15 two way crunch, and much more. You don't gain any weight if you eat 3500 calories a day, just if you eat 3500 extra? Next Sunday I'm planning on picking one food that I really want and eating it. Do you think I'll be able to mantain my weight by just eating one food of anything I want?

(well thats what fitday.com told me. does anyone know if those calories burned numbers are accurate on fitday?) am i burning enough calories to lose a lb a week? i'm just curious about your opinions on how i'm doing! i realllllllllly want to be able to wear a bikini this summer. i'm sure you all know how i feel! i'd appreciate some opinions. thanks guys! this site is really helping me.

I just tried doing it cause I saw it at the library and I was very disappointed. She doesn't show the moves very well and It's very hard to catch on, it's not just me either. I'm usually very good at following along with workout tapes, dance classes and aerobics but this was just ridiculous. And for those of you who did do it and it worked for you, you are truly VERY gifted.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My mom bought me an eliptical today and I did a 30 minute calorie burning work out on it. I also walked around the book store, went grocery shopping and to wal mart. I bagged all the groeries and put them all away when we got home. I feel like I ran 20 miles after all that. I also ate pretty good. I had a bannana with a little peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch I had salmon, a bakes potato, veggies, and a bisquit. (We ate out for lunch so it wasn't great but not bad either. Dinner I had a bannana and lean cuisine. (tried a meal I hadn't tried it was yummy. Lean cuisine never fails me) && When we went grocery shopping I got light & fit yogurts, veggies, fruits and lots of healthy fozen meals. I also got special K and whole wheat english muffins for my breakfast. All and all I feel really good about today. Now I need to keep eating healthy and getting an hour of cardio and some strength training in every day and my goal for next saturday mornings weight in is 145 pounds. Any comments? Advice? all tips and help very excepted! ♥Kaylee
