Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What do you think of having this for lunch: 2 chocolate rice cakes w/ 2 tbsp. peanut butter & an apple....I like that lunch a lot but I think it's too sugary...8g from rice cakes, 6g from peanut butter...and I don't know about the apple...hmmm

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does dancing burn any calories at all? i dont mean "real dancing" like in a class, but dancing around by yourself. I cant run today cause its too cold, so i just danced around in my room for about 15 minutes. i'll probably do 1/2 hour more later. does this do much at all?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My family is getting really annoying. I finally came out to them that I wanted help loseing weight and getting healthy and there idea of that is to barry the icecream in the back of the freezer not let me eat any peanut butter. Come in the kitchen every time I go in there. When I asked my grandma if she had a hard candy that I could suck on she said no and even if I did I wouldn't let you have it. A hard candy tops out about 20 calories and keeps my mouth busy for a while!! What the **** does my family think there helping me by not letting me have anything with sugar in it?! NO NO NO all it does is make me pig out when I leave the house and they wonder why I'm not loseing weight and start takeing more foods away that I enjoy eating. I can't even have a tiny cup of hot chocolate without them asking about the calories I'm eating. Do they want me to get an eating disorder? And the funny... I finally came out to them that I wanted help loseing weight and getting healthy and there idea of that is to barry the icecream in the back of the freezer not let me eat any peanut butter. And the funny thing is in the past when I eat less and lose weight but still eat junk food in controlled portions my family though I had an eating disorder and addressed me about it. They don't know how to help. Maybe this is why so many teens are over weight. They get started out wrong by there parents by rewarding them with food and letting them eat whatever. I mean it's just baby fat right? Then they see there baby getting bigger and older and older and bigger and all of a sudden it's time to not let the kid eat. Sounds like why kids get eating disorders too. Well to all the parents like mine THANKS way to raise a chile right. I don't think it's our generations fault that were so overweight it's the generation before us that set us up to fail. Truely society is great in many ways buy in other ways it's going down the drain and fast. In reality medicine sould be raising the average age of death but how is that supost to happen with thousands of people dieing young from things like obesety and related diseased and drugs? I know that was a long rant but I needed to get it out. Thanks for anyone who read this. ♥Kaylee (view less)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - REAL WEIGHT: 142(i love when i try to pose under 142 and the board tells me this board is for overweight people ONLY.) ...man dont get me wrong i am really happy im losing weight and i feel ton times more confident already....but sometimes it sucks cause i miss eating yummy junk food so bad hah! being around all my skinny friends who can eat as much as they want is SO HARD. they eat ice cream and donuts and fried chicken and all this bad stuff and they dont gain a SINGLE POUND. BUTTTTT if i can avoid eating that junk especially when im around them, i feel so proud later on. being in control and not binging is a really good feeling. tomorrow is my birthday and im going to chilis, and im not going to binge but i AM going to get something i wouldnt normally eat on this diet-and im excited hah!
