Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I would like some feedback on my food choices today. Breakfast: fat free yoghurt w/ granola & berries; Lunch: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat bread w/ veggies & cheese, & a sugar free jello; Snack: an orange & toasted ranch ritz chips; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken breast & veggies meal & a cup of 1% milk;.....Please give feedback, give me any tips you have...what was bad?? what was good?? Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - ok so o haven't been on here in a while, and i haven't done very well, but starting tommorow i'm getting back on track. i need to. so here are my goals.
1. Get at least 30 min. activity every day
2. run 1 mile at least 5 day a week
3.Eat more fruits and vegatbels every day
4. get on here at least once a week and post my progress.
Now those are just a few things but i guess it's a start. anyways if anyone has anything else that might help just let me know. any thing would be great.

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 129 - I HAVE NO SELF-CONTROL! my mom brought home some kit-kats and i ate 3/4 of the bag and gained 3 pound while doing it. I have no self-control. I was just gonna have 1 and then i almost finished the bag. HELP! I feel horrible now and fat. please help

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 280 - MY life is horrible. I have a story to tell everyone. I'm in an cooking class. My teacher and all the students are some what small. So the boys in my class always tease the skinny girls and call them fat. It makes me more self aware. I know that those girls aren't fat and it hurts cause i really am fat. Not only am i fat I'm obese. I feel so extremely ugly. Even my friends from elementary school that were fatter than me lost all there weight, so i declare 2007 my year. HELP! SO PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - I feel so tired all the time. I nearly fell asleep walking on the treadmill. but I get 7 hrs of sleep every night. I eat protein. Any ideas?

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 180 - Yummy recipe for blueberry pancakes!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup regular oats (not instant or steel cut)
1/4 cup blueberries
3 tbsp. egg whites
1 tbsp. nonfat milk
1 tbsp. fat-free cottage cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water
pinch salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries and stir until well mixed. Gently fold in blueberries. In a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, drop batter into pan to form 3 pancakes (or 1 big pancake). Once pancakes begin to look solid (about 3 minutes), gently flip (if possible, re-spritz the pan with nonstick spray as you flip them to prevent sticking). Cook for approximately 3 additional minutes, or until both sides are lightly browned and insides are cooked through.Serves 1.
For the ENTIRE recipe there are only 195 calories and 2g of fat.

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 126 - ok, so my diet officially starts today. I have exactly 3 months - March, April, and May to loose 26 pounds. We leave for florida on June 2nd. One of my problems is that the only veggies i like are corn and potatoes - the starchy ones. What should i do to get myself to like the other kinds. Also, does anybody have some fun exercises?????
