Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I'm very self-concious about my sides....or love-handles I guess you call them...and my thighs....what excercises are good for toning those areas?? I want to tone those areas of my body and feel more confident about myself.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I ate wayyyy too much today. But I am feeling okay, I am going to just go back to healthiness tomorrow!! I went to Taco Time today with my boy-friend and I was worried that I'd eat something fattening but they have this really yummy meal called the "lite meal" and it's a chicken taco & chicken chili with a diet pop but I just had water...SOOOO good and filling....it's only 260 calories and 8g of fat. If you go to Taco Time, get that!! I highly recommend it! =)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - ok you guys i havent been on here since i was like 15 and now im a senior in highschool and i always said i wanted to lose weight and i didnt when i was younger but now im in the same predicament... i need to lose weight and i just need to get to it... so i need some motivation... here are my activities, i run track and i am the team captain of the rugby team im really good at rugby but im not soo great at running also we have this senior project that is worth 50% of our grade and i chose to do a 5k and every time a race day comes near i get sick, im getting sick again but tomorrow i am going to start taking a multivitamin so that will help that but yeah just any advice would be great, im going to do protein shakes in the morning and after workouts and then just try and incorporate fruits and veggies in there somewhere...

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 188 - Did you know that if you jump rope for 30 min you'll burn 314 calories. Anyways here is my question I do double doutch and wonder if just turning the rope will burn calories.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - hey everybody! I wanted to let you know about a great website called fitday.com. you can track all your food and activities for the day and it tells you your calories and stuff. the only thing i dont like is that it takes a while to find the right exercises and activities on the list. i was wondering, cause its not on the website, if anyone knows how many calories you burn in a regular day of school? thanks!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 225 - I wish my friends or family or b/f would call me fat, because i need the mean kind of motivation i think. hats my problem i have no motivation, i can say I'm so sick of being fat i'm going to lose weight and eat healthy for one day and then totally forget it the next day saying its too hard. I seriously am so tired of being fat, i was 30 lbs skinnier last summer and i loved it but now i put the weight on because of my stupid depression and i cant loose weight. I need help to stay motivated!!!!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 150 - okay well this post is actually for yesterday, the 21st. For breakfast i had an orange. For lunch i wasnt that hungry so i had a banana and water bottle. For snack i had about 20 honeymaid cinnamon sticks and a caprisun : / i also had about 10 carrots dipped in a little bit of ceasar. Then for dinner I had a chicken cordon blue with a small ceasar salad and water. For excercize I had a 25 minutes walk/jog and 2 hours of cheerleading. How did I do?

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 148 - SUCCESS! 4.5 pounds lost! in 2 days! insane!! its probably all water weight though : ( Anyways here goes my daily post. BREAKFAST- Jello 3oz milk, LUNCH-Banana, 100 cal yogurt, icecream sandwhich : /, SNACK- 10 carrots dipped in a bit of caesar dressing, DINNER- 1.5 bowls of this delicious soup my mother makes it has beans,chicken,cheese,spices,and a delicious broth. EXCERCIZE- 20 minutes walk/jog, 1 hour of tumbling. Also I decided to make cookies today yet they got all messed up and they taste like muffins yet i hate muffins and stuff so I am kind of glad they turned out bad because i am not eating cookies and now my family and friends can enjoy them. So it turned out fantastic. Alright and for lent I am giving up fastfood except for Subway because its healthy but i can ONLY get a healthy sandwhich from there and a water. Okay please reply on how i did and tips or suggestions, thanks!
