Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - So today I didn't excercise, I just cleaned this guys house for a few hours. It was easy though not much excercise....hmm....here's what I ate. I'd love some feedback! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/ lettuce onions & peppers & fat free ranch dressing & an apple; Dinner: chicken noodle soup & a veggie sausage patty w/ mustard & blackberries & a cup of 1% milk....what do you think???

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 164 - hey everyone ok i have like a BIG problem... see my body is now like.. i guess you could say "shaped" like i wear control tops and stuff and so my body doesnt look that bad but my arms are freaking HUGE like from the front and back i look like the freakin monkey from Donkey Kong (hahaha that is sort of funny to imagine..) and its not fat its musceles.. anyways anyone have any clue of what i should do.. like excercise wise? thx

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 157 - okay so today was the worst day ever. i was really hungover so. for breakfast i had-- a sm slice of ice cream cake.... LUNCH----eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon, and tea......... and for dinner i had---- granola,fruit and yogurt and then popcorn and raisin glossettes. IM A FAT LARDY PEICE OF SHIT TODAY LADIES.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - im feeling so skinny. since i started i lost 6 pounds. even though my WHOLE goal is 30. if i lost another 5 pounds that would be soooooooooooooooo good. i look better in tight clothes too. i can eat whatever i want now and i usually dont gain a pound hahaha. ive always wanted to do that!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 204 - Today is my last basketball game *tear* I have been eating much better. Today in my foods class we made this really good pesto vegetables. It's all these different vegetables it's good. Then at lunch since I already ate in foods class I just got some grapes and carrots. This mornig I had a small bowel of ceral. So so far I didnt do too bad did I? Well I have to go soon to play basetball I have to find something to eat after the game then leave. Wish me luck!!!!! ~Jerrica

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 188 - I forgot to tell everyone. While I was gone I found a lot of my old clothes which were tanks tops kneeknockers and regular t-shirts.
