Ht. 6'2", Wt. 373 - Today I went to go get my yearly physical for track. I'm a thrower so we don't do much but pump some iron every once in a while and work on our legs. Well I went into the doctors office and did all the usual bs, but I noticed my weight had jumped a lot!!!! I've never been so embararased in my life! well he procided to take my blood pressure and it was high to. 164/90!!!! I'm obese! He told me he would not clear me for track and I about died right there! track is my way of being with every one and doing some athletics. Now he wants me to go see a health care person to have test done on me. I've never been so scared in my life and I came home and bawled my eyes out *right now* and the only thing that keeps running thru my head is "I dont' want to die young"....

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 164 - Hey guys. I got back on track today, and am feeling really great. I just started a new workout tape called "Walking Away the Pounds." I've heard good things about it, but was wondering if any of you, personally, have tried it, and if it has helped you. Thanks!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - Here's a tip or two: One it takes 32000-35000 calories to make a lb, so if you slip up a little don't worry just stop and say okay I obviously haven't eaten that many calories I will just burn it off. Second for motivation and to keep from going off track post pictures of yourself in clothes that show your weight on the fridge. Don't be embarrassed if someone sees the picture this is for you not them. The pictures are a great help for me.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - I did so good today. First I started b-fast with a protein shake, a vitamin, and my meds. Then for lunch I had a hand sized portion of lasagna with 2 clementines. Then for dinner I had a salad. I went to the gym for half an hour so I only burned between 100-200 calories but that's ok.
