Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Ate perfect today about 1500 calories. Then I went and worked my schools snack bar and ended up eating a thing of nachos, 2 slices of pizza, a hot chocolate, and a thing of hot tamolles. What the **** is my problem??!!

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 127 - ok, well this isn't bout me, i'm worried about my dad. He weighs like 250 and doesn't care at all about what he eats. He just ate a 1/2 pint of Hagen Daaz ice cream with chocolate syrup on top - like 700 calories, and he didn't care. He eats mcdonalds for breakfast just about every day, and i try to stop him, but he doesn't care. My grandpa (his dad) died last year and he was 64, and he was so overweight and thats the reason he died and i don't want that to happen to my dad. Does anybody know what i should say to him???

Breakfast: pancake w/ peanut butter & a banana & a cup of 2% milk; Lunch: fat free yoghurt w/ berries & granola; Snack: grapes & sugar free jello; Dinner: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat (w/tha cheese); & I also had like 2 peices of sugar free gum....Excercise: arm excercise w/ weights, cruntches, like 10 minutes of a dance dvd, & 20 minute walk (IN THA COLD LOL!) Feedback pleeeeeeeeeasssssseee preettty pleassee??? Thanks =)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 200 - I weight myself today and I lost 4lbs in 4 days yeah!! I now weigh 200.2 so tecnically i lost 3.8bls in 4 days. I really want to lose 30lbs my the end of may is that possible?

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 127 - hi! well, my family just booked tickets to Florida for our vaction. We are going in June. I want to loose 27 lbs by then, Think it's possible???? I was also wondering what types of food you guys eat for lunch since none of my schools lunches are all that healthy. I wanted some exercise ideas and just plain old dieting ideas. I've tried b4 and i always failed, but this time i have a bit more motivation with going to Florida. Please Post and wish me luck!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 134 - hey everyone!! first of all i dont have a scale and this weight was like in november since then we had a lot of bball practices and i prbly weigh less so idk! lol its been 1 whole week since ive had junk food and know what? i feel like i lost some weight!!!! try it!!! drink wateR!! i gave up junk food for lent and its awesome~!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 157 - alright guys, its official. I haven't thrown up in 30 hours. I'm going back to school tomorrow :) i'm actually happy to go back because i can't afford to fall behind right now. alrighty so i'm still 157, and i'm okay with that. once i'm fully better i will start having set workouts again. until then ladies.. wish me luck!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - Hmm well i've decided i have a problem and I don't know why but when i get done working out i feel good about myself so i think i can go home and eat w/e and there goes my work out basically, its very frustrating so i'm starting today really watching my intake and planning everything i'm eating so wish me luck! Ht. 5'2", Wt. 149 - Alright i havent posted in a week, that's probably why I am slacking off. Anyways today i got back on track and started out with, - Fiber Bar it has like oats and some chocolate its very healthy and Best Life Approved that was 140, a cup of milk 180 ,- 1 cup of strawberries 100, 1 peanut butter sandwhich on 5 grain bread 210,SNACK- 1 orange 80, DINNER- chicken,mashed potatoes, and carrots 400. EXCERCIZE- 1 mile 3/4 run 1/4 walk, 2 hours of cheerleading, 30 minutes of yoga so how did i do?
