Ht. 5'7", Wt. 178 - i just got my tounge pierced so all ive eaten for the past 2 days is ice and tomato soup!! i kno i really need 2 eat but i cant its not that it hurts its like not phiscally possibe at the ,moment lol ass soon as its not swollen im gunna go back to eating good and exercises im doing light exerise ast the moment cause yea

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 246 - hey guys.. okay this is my day so far.. well i woke up at like 11pm so i just had lunch pretty much.. i had a 98% reduced fat bologna and miracle whip on a bagel and some fat free chips.. for a snack just a few minutes ago at about 2:20pm i had some apple slices dipped in fat free caramel dip.. and that is all so far.. for dinner i dont really know what i am going to have... so how did i do so far?? well ill talk to you gguys later..

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - Oh yah, and I threw away my jar of peanut butter I ate like half the jar in 2 days and that's really bad. 35 servings, 200 calories a serving...yikes. I couldn't control myself I was like addicted!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I need tips on sticking to healthy eating and excercise. I have binges all the time and it's horrible! I can do good for a couple days, then it gets really really realllllyy bad. Help me. I'm sick of this. I just want reach my weight goal and have a healthy lifestyle.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 246 - hey guys... i am going to start on myy diet tomorrow definately! my mom bought all of these fat free and reduced fat foods. she bought a looot of fruit, tuna, quakes, fat free chips,fat free bologna,miracle whip so i am for sure gunna start a diet tomorrow!! also i have a sister that goes to college.. okay well she used to have this mini fridge... well it has been sitting in our garage so mii mom is going to put it in my room and i can put all the healthy food in it! isnt that a great idea?? welll i think so.. well if you have any tips AT all they would be well appreciated!! thank you!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - ok here is my eating plan..im gonna try it out this week and see how it goes...breakfast:kashi waffle & yogurt. snack:wheat crackers or rice cake. lunch: fruit salad. snack:apple. dinner:veggie sub from subway or half turkey sub with lettuce and tomato on wheat. excercise at least 1 hour cardio every day

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 188 - Back in november i first tried on jeans. I was a size 18. then in december size 16. And now today i tried on a size 14 and they fit just a little tight but oh well. That's cool because i lost 14 pounds and wear size 14 jeans.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 158 - Once again up a lot of weight. I wish there was someone that could help me. I know I can do it but I need the push. A drive thats always there for me to help me through when I'm on a binge. I wish someone understood what I'm going through. My mom knows I'm depressed but can't do anything to help me.
