Exersice: Weight training as in pliometric jumps, ecelerations, and walking. Track Practice ran about 2 miles. feed back?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I am trying for a fresh start yet again. This time it's for real, I'm going to reach my goals! Everyday I'm going to post what food I ate and what excercise I did. So here it goes. Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 2 chocolate rice cakes w/ peanut butter & pea pods; Snack: bowl of green grapes; Dinner: chicken & rice Lean Cuisine w/ soy sauce & a cup of 1% milk....; Excercise: 40 minute cardio DVD & 10 minute walk. I'd love some feedback, so pleaseeeee give it? It'd be helpful! Thank you!!! =)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 297 - Okay so, I just wanted to hear everyones thoughts on this - I'm trying to lose weight and today I ate about 1550 calories. This is more than I would like to, but it's less than I normally eat. I usually eat more like 2500-3000. I know this seems like a lot but trust me, it adds up, especially considering that at my school, the average school lunch is 750 cals alone and with the Snapple I usually drink with it, that's 1000 calories just for lunch. So seriously, 2500 is not an overestimate. Considering how much I normally eat, is 1550 okay to start off with? Keep in mind - I will be doing the same amount of physical activity [or lack there of.] Thanks guys! :]

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 158 - My family is driving me crazy!! I am an emotional overeater, so when someone makes me mad, or if im sad, then i eat. My mom made me soo made today that i ate like 10 hersheys kisses and 3 oreos. Im so stressed out right now. Ive already gained like 8 pounds the past 10 dayz cuz my dad has been back from a militry deployment so my mom bought a bunch of junk food. So, yeah im fat and im stressed and im mad at my mom, and i want to eat. Hope everyone else is doing dandy!

Ht. 6'0", Wt. 200 - hey guys--havnt really posted anything in a while---well today we got 14inches of snow! and it kinda sucks because we dotn have school or anything and i have to basically just lay around my house all day---and wanna eat---hahaha but we have this eliptiglide thing and i just ran 3.4 miles on it and i feel great...haha i was totally going to get in the shower, but then im like hey that felt great im going to go run some more. I dont know why but it just feels like its something to do and all, so i guess im kinda glad it snowed and im stuck in my house---haha

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 311 - I have diabetes. That is why i am this way. People say mean things like fat lard and stuff like that. It can be really hurtful. I usually come home crying from the mean things people say.

(350 cals). exercise:2 miles treadmill, 15 min. bike, 500 crunches, 15 min. weight machines
