Ht. 5'4", Wt. 230 - Breakfast-special k bar(didnt have much time) Lunch-2/3 serving of yogurt cherios, 2 serveings of suggar free jello, 1/2 of a 100 calorie popcorn and 2 servings of diet green tea with peach. Snack- 1 rice cake and some diet snapple peach iced tea. i knew i wasnt going to the gym today so i took a extra walk and im going on the trampoline soon for atleast 10 min. just went grocery shopping and got a sandwich, the kind with lots of mayonaise and guacamole on it so i put it in the fridge and hopping my dad eats it. If i loose 3 lbs by next monday then i am going to buy myself some new nail polish, cause i really need some. HOW DID I DO TODAY???

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - aw i feel like no one comments anymore...i hope everyone's doing great on their diets..i've lost 13.2 pounds this year so far :) first time i've stuck with my new years resolution...only 22.2 pounds until i reach my ultimate goal! Think i can do it by may 25th?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 226 - Help me i just went to the beaches in florida and kids said i was obese and have man boobs i am really overweight and do have them but kids shoud not say that i cannot even run a quarter of a mile or do 8 sit ups. I need a lot of help if u want to see a picture of me and tell me what i need to work on leave your email adress and i will sent it i never want to go swimming again even my docter says that i am wicked obese i have like 6 fat folds when i sit down help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 212 - so im getting really frustrated with this whole weight thing
ive been over weight since i was 10.and nothing seems to work :[
which is because once i do everything i can and dont get the results i WANT i get all sad and just stop
and latley Ive been feeling really sick and i have no energy what so ever.and thats not helping anything
BUT anyway
I'm going to the beach with my boyfriend this summer..so now im TOTALLY motivated to losing about 45 pounds by June
I know i can do it if i just stick to it this time
so any helpful hints?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 180 - FOOD: breakfast - bowl of special with no-fat milk, lunch - chicken and salad sandwhich and fruit salad. snack - orange and popyseed muffin and water mellon. dinner- small filet of honey mustard pork (which i only ate 1/2 of), boiled cabbage and 2 steamed potatos. EXERCISE- 30 min the biggest winner cardio kickbox dvd ... QUESTION

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 158 - So, im really depressed cuz ive gained 10 pounds in the past 10 dayz, no joke. My daddy just came back to visit for a week, hes in the military hes deployed, so my mom got a bunch of junk food and stuff and i ate bad all week. On the 1st of February i was 148 and now on the 11th i am 158. im soo depressed, so if anyone has any good diet tips or anything or simply words of encouragement that would be great. &heart hope that works

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - Hey guys. i am trying hard to lose weight for the summer but my weight does not want to come off. I play 2 sports that are competitive and it helps me activly but not phically. i am tring to to find some diets. does anyone have any good ones?
