Ht. 5'3", Wt. 190 - Hello everyone, i'm new here, but i just wanted to get some advice. i am an overweight teen, but my overweightness does not make sense. i have healthy eating habits for a person my age, i don't ever eat candy or chocolate (just every now and then)and i never drink soft drinks. i am also VERY active. i have "exercising" activities everyday, and i an a cheerleader, so i get about 2 extra hours 2-3 times a week. it just doesn't make sence to me. can anyone help me out?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - I finally started at the gym today. 3o min on the elliptical and I burned 255 calories and then 10 min on the bike and I burn 28 calories. I felt exhausted but great. the trainer said if I keep this up with my healthy eating in 3 months I should lose 30 lbs.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 280 - Hey everyone! I'm back, yes AGAIN I know (well to those who remember me LOL). I have to start over again because i'm such a weakling. I have a job now so some days I wont be able to exercise because I work in the evening because of school, but the rest of the week I plan to work out using DDR until I can afford a tredmill. I'll have to use my old plan of eating (just cutting back, eating fruit for breakfast, a sandwhich for lunch and a chicken salad or chicken and vegetables for dinner.) I read this ladys success story online and she was a real inspiration to me, so when I find the time, i'll try her plan for a month to see my progress. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - breakfast- 1/4 of a blueberry muffin w/ milk. lunch- a bagel w/ 90 calorie special k snack and carrots. dinner- half a plate of chineese food. exercise- walking for 10 minutes. i started taking these things call slim mints and i think they're working. yay. how'd i do today?

breakfast:1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese--1 cup of coffee
lunch:(school lunches dont help)potatoes, 1 chicken tender(they were disgusting :[ --- chocolate milk

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 155 - hey everyone. I have a big problem lately. I got a new boyfriend and i really like him, but he is sooo skinny and leaves really unhealthy foods in my apartment. I'm a bit too shy to tell him that I overeat but I can't stand having the foods. The other day i ate the entire ice cream box and then went and bought the same one so he'd think i was normal. I know this isn't healthy for me, but i really don't wanna break up with him, nor do i want to open up to him yet. any advice?

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 200 - Heloo! Could you please tell me if this sounds good.....BREAKFAST-Kellogs crunchy nut LUNCH-APPLE,YOGHURT,COUPLE OF MEAT FREE CHICKEN NUGGEST SNACK-SUGAR FREE LOLLYPOP DINNER-WATEVA SNACK - FRUIT. Will eatin this with around an hours walking exercise a day help me loose weight and a reasonably fast-ish rate but healthily???? thanxxxx

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - im a singer and my dream is to become a famouse singer. When i turn 16im going on american idol. they will reject someone beacause there overweight, thatis my motovation. to loose 115 lbss in 3 years. hopefully sooner. so look for me on season 9. oh and i havent had soda in 3weeks. yay. we just got a bunch of diet dr.pepper (my favorite kind) left over from a party and i am acually not craving it. i can live without soda. nowi just have to figure out if i can gieup sugar.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 295 - Well... this is my first time on this site and as you can see i'm pretty overweight. I've recently started keeping a food journal and i joined the gym and i have been going 3-5 times a week so i'm trying. no results yet but i hope i can lose some weight.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 160 - ok so for my health class our teacher is making us write down EVERYTHING we eat and drink for the next week, just so we can see how much we actually do eat. and this is how i did today and i know its bad..
breakfast: a bagel w/ cream cheese, grape juice, milk, and i had a cup of coffee(i couldnt live w/out coffee)
Lunch: 2 hash browns w/ ketchup, 1 chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk (school lunches suck i couldnt eat the hotdog, i could barely stand the smell)
Dinner: spagetti, with garlic and herb sauce
Snacks: 2 pretzel rods and a can of coke
okay so ik its bad but can u tell me what you think I should do
