Ht. 5'4", Wt. 187 - when i first came on this site it was kind of discouraging how so many people didnt know what to do and were depressed and sad and werent doing anything about thier weight now that i look at this site theres so many more postive things people are loosing and being positive asking for help when needed althought thier are sometimes when someone comes and is depressed or unhappy but that happens right? but i just want to say that we are all do very well and we will all be out goal weight 1 day....yes it may seem like a long road to it but one day it will be here!!! love u guys kelly

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - To Emily Sure I'd like to share what tips I can with you! Well, when I'm in rush for the bus in the morning, instead of skipping breakfast, I take a paper cup and fill it with good cereal. Then I pour milk in and it's like a little drink that I have on the bus! And when I get to school I throw it away. Very portable! Um, I can't think of any other tips, but I'll get back to you!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - So today I went to American Eagle for new jeans and I got my normal size which is an 8 and they were to big. I had to got an 6. Then I went over to Abercrombie and my normal size there was a 9 and now i'm in a 6 there to. YES

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - So EXCERSIZE today: Walk to school 30 min. Walk back 30 min. Walk to school AGAIn (too meet friend) 30 min. Skateboarding back and to another school. Let's just say about 2 1/2 hours total. Went to a basketball game so wasnt inside all day. FOOD: Instant Oatmeal made w/water-breakfast. Lean turkey on wheat with mustard and ONE peice of cheese. And an orange-when I got home. Went to a basketball game came home had 5 cherries (10cal each) as kind of a sweet food. I also had a small bowl of cheerio. TODAY WAS ALSO MY STEPDADS BDAY AND MY MOM OFFERED ME CAKE AND PIZZA AND I HAD ENOUGH WILL POWER TO TURN DOWN BOTH. PLEASE tell me anything you think i should change or im doing wrong. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - alright everyone, i have a semiformal dance in the end of february. so i really need to lose at LEAST 10 pounds by then. im a very busy person and dont have a lot of time to exercise except when i go to dance for 2 hours on wednesdays. so if i coninue to eat good....and if i do ddr for a half hour- a hour everyday do u think i could achieve my goal?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - i was so upset today. my friend came up to be and said no offense but you look really heavy in those pants. i was like omg. anyway, breakfast-2 waffles with very little syrup. lunch- peanut butter sandwich with a water and carrots and a 90 calorie special k bar and ONE brownie from the littlebites thing. dinner- meat& vegetables.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - okay!! so i have to post as 16 instead of 17.. soo .. i'm really 17.. not that it matters.. but i'm 155 and 5'6. but yeah.. here's what i had today: *breakfast: 60 calorie yogurt, green tea *lunch, chicken, celery with peanut butter, pine apple, and a small salad, green tea. *snack: string cheese *dinner: veggie soup. my mom made it so there was no salt. but tonsss of veggies and there was some chicken in it. how'd i do?? oh ps i didn't get to work out today.. but i worked from 8:30am-2:00 pm.. and i work in a day care. so we're moving around alot with the kids. soo.. blah. any comments?
