Ht. 5'4", Wt. 187 - tell me how i did today oatmeal with 2 slices of toast 2 waffles(no toppings just plain) and a sandwich with wheat bread ( no mayo just turkey) a small handful of chips and ice tea im trying to eat what i want just smaller and tonight i have a bday party and i think i might just kinda eat what i want but realli try to watch it

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - ok so i just thought of more shopping. if you dont have a ton of money then theres FRED MYERS and WALMART there not "high class" stores but if you look they have some cute clothes. I bought a shirt at macys and then went to walmart found almost the same exact one but 10 dollars cheeper. Fred meyers also has a good plus sized section its not big, but theres some cute clothes, and there cheep. -i just got aim so add me my sn is Twillbe115

I lost 2 more pounds!! i'm down 8 pounds now!!! let me give you guys some advice.. it comes from the sonoma diet! for breakfast you should have about 25% grains and 75% protein... for lunch.. 40% protein and 60 % veggies! for dinner.. 30% protein, 20% grains and 50% veggies! ... now i bet you are wondering where teh fruits are.. for the first few days of your diet.. you should cut out allll sugar! that includes fruit and starchy veggies! this way.. you eliminate your sugar craving! and once you start eating fruit again.. you will enjoy the sugar in the fruit so much more. try this .. because i really have lost 8 lbs in just over a week.. also.. drink green tea!! it's amazing!!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 190 - so yeah ive been here before... although i dont have much time but i got a book the other day and it is call the diet for teens only... its really good, and it gives you good information on what vitamins do what.. i havent started yet but ill keep you updated.. wish me luck

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 162 - Its muahh again... Hmm, it makes me sad that no one answered my cruise post! I rly thot I'd get an answer... Oh well, Ill repost it later... Anyway, I went to the nurses office on thurs. to get weighed/measured and the bad news is I'm actually 5'5 =[... Good news is I am 10 pounds lighter than I thought! Ht. 5'1", Wt. 180 - I am curious to know everyones workout plans...how often do you guys do cardio(and for how long)...My everyday exercises are...Jog for 1 mile, rest/stretch...jog half a mile, stretch. Then sit ups, pushups,etc....it all lasts about 40-50 mins. What do you guys usually do?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - PLEASE give me feedback. I'm trying really hard and I want to make sure I'm doing this right. For breakfast I had one serving of instant oatmeal made w/water. After school I had a green apple and a lean turkey on wheat bread sandwich. For a snack I had a banana and for dinner I had an asian chicken (grilled) salad from McDonalds with NO croutons or Dressing. I drank about 3/4 bottles of water today and I walked for half an hour. Tomorrow I'm going running. PLEASE REPLY! thanks guys3

I was kinda of happy to find people who are having the same problems. I can't really talk to my friends about my weight because they are all skinny. I have been trying to find a way to lose weight. My goal is to lose at least 36 pounds before i go to my 8th grade yrip to belize. I want to wear a 2 piece swim suit and it would be a great graduation gift. Ht. 5'5", Wt. 237 - Okay, hey everyone, I'm fairly new here. I've actually been in here before, but I didn't post much so I don't think anyone will remember me, infact, I'm positive no one will remember me. Anyways, I decided that I should start posting on this bulletin because I can see how much you're all helping one another and I would love to get some feedback and also attempt to help you all at the same time. Basically, last week was my first week at attempting to lose weight. I ate 1300 calories and burned 200 calories a day. Does all of that sound good? Does it seem like reasonable numbers that will help me to lose weight? I hope so. Anyways, for breakfast I had: mini wheats, 1/2 cup skim milk and an apple, which totals 345 calories. For lunch I had a turkey sandwhich and some green tea, which totals 189 calories. I think my lunch was a little small, but I wasn't too hungry and tonight my family is having take-out, so I want to do my best this morning. This morning I also burned 200 calories. Suggestions would be loved!
