Ht. 5'7", Wt. 200 - OMG i ate pizza for breakfast this morning! I feel so bad now.. but there was nothing to eat in my house!!!!! we have like dinner stuff but nothing for breakfast and i just happen to wake up early enough for break fast Blah... this sux do you think if i exercise a little more it might help?....

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok i tried to do better today..how's this? breakfast:waffle and orange juice (200 cals) lunch: fruit bowl (pretty big..dont know how many cals) snack: apple dinner: grilled chicken breast and broccoli. snack: grapes and 100 cal pack. exercise: 2 miles on treadmill, 10 minutes on bike, weigh lifting machines

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - hey will just to let you know tomorrow im going to start my strict diet again. itll be much easier since i wont be tempted by that fattening yet delicious school lunch. I did alright, until dinner. Well whatever. BFAST: .5 c applesauce, apple-grape juice, quaker healthy breakfast cookie. LUNCH: chicken nuggets, ham and mayo sand. on w/w bread, iced tea, jello pudding. SNACK: Quacker healthy breakfast cookie. DINNER: 1 sm. bowl macaroni w. Healthy Choice butter and grated cheese, apple-grape juice, few pieces fried clam strips. So yah i did kinda bad but i wasnt really inot the whole healthy thing today seeing i didnt get enough sleep and i am sooooooooo bored. But tomorrow ill do better AND exercise. and clearly i didnt get any water in today so i have to drink alot of water tomorrow. Also im going to start drinking skim milk with my breakfast and snack so i get a few glasses in. but yeah feel free to criticize. i really gave up. blah blah blah. well okthnxbye.-a

Heres what ive had today: bfast- porridge made with 2% milk and a fat free yoghurt (300) snack- apple (50), lunch- small cup of homemade soup and an unbuttered roll (300) dinner - pasta in a tomato sauce with 2 pieces of garlic bread (800) snack- 2 cadbury snaps (30) total- 1480 plus drunk lots of water and burned 200 cals on a stepper thing duno what its called lol! how did i do? plz post back x (p.s real wght = 156!)

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 200 - HEy yall I know u should care about your weight but u guys are over doing it. BY u thinking so much abt it it makes things worse. Theirs way more important things in life like cancer etc.. and all u guys keep complaining abt is losing 10 lbs. Some actually need it but others are just crazy:) well thanx 4 yur time.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - So here's another fact i learned by once again doing research, clearly i have no life...anyways the reason we have such a hard time in losing weight is apparently because overeating or eating fattening foods give us this temporary feeling of "happiness" and people who are losing or trying to maintain weight cannot indulge in that b/c we need to moderate. Apparently once we accept that losing weight will be easier. do i understand why? nope not a clue
