Ht. 5'3", Wt. 147 - hey if you guys havent already go buy bob greenes the best life diet!! my mom and i saw him on oprah and it seemed like he knew what he was talking about so we bought the book. it's a kind of diet plan you can easily follow, and it becomes more of a lifestyle change then a diet. his process is a slow process, but if you wanna lose weight and keep it off seriously read this book and read what he has to say. it's great

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 135 - I've done really bad these past couple of days!!! yesterday i had pizza and nutter butters for lunch and today, i had a rice crispie treat. I've also been eating a lot. yester day, i had 3 meals and 3 snacks!!!! of which 2 were after dinner!!! sumone help me. i was doing so good, and now i took a dive. plz help me!!!!! thanx :) ella

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 160 - I'm on this site for the first time but I think this is a great idea, teens helping teeens with weight issues. I have a problem: for my height, I am atleast 40 lbs. overweight. Need help losing weight. Sick of being fat. Have no scale near me so I don't know my weight. O know it is at least 150-180 pounds.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - This is what I had today for breakfast cereal and water. For lunch a snack pak and 2 pak of 100 cal thing. For supper one hamburger with a bun that had ketchup and mustard, some potatoes and carrots and beef together one helping, cottage cheese and applesauce and 7 french fries. For snack a small candy par like maybe the size of my pinky and a 100 cal pak. And I drank water all day. For exercise Im going to do like a total of 600 exercises working up to a 1,000. How did I do

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - So i started gym yesterday and working out. At home i did 30 squats 30 crunches and 30 push ups. In gym I did 10 jumping jacks stretchings 10 crunches 10 push ups ran a little bit. And played basketball for about 1/2 hour is that good?

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - tip to beat cravings: I have diet or light cranberry juice and pour it into an ice cube tray. Then i put a sheet of plastic wrap over the tray and stick toothpicks into each cranberry cube. There soo good and keep me from snacking on high fat things =)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Why does loosing weight have to be so hard?? Im really frustrated right now cuz im trying really hard but im sick of trying and i want to start succeeding. For breakfast i had about 300 calores, for lunch about 200 but in snaking (my continuous downfall) ive probably had 400! I feel sooo FAT. Also, i think ive gained like 2 pounds this week. I weigh on sundayz and wed. On sun i was 150, on wed i was 151, and now im pretty sure its up to 152. Im on my period right now so i keep telling myself thats why ive gained weight but everytime i say that i feel like im making an excuse. Excuses are my art, btw. I can come up for the best excuses as to why im failing and so im trying to stop making them. Anyway, sorry about the ranting post but i need to get my frustation off my chest. Thanx for listening, and if u have ne tips that would be great! Ive been on a plataeu for 5 months!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok how does this soudn?? breakfast: pudding and special k bar (190 cals) lunch: bagel (300 cals) snack: banana (150 cals?) dinner: grilled salmon, green beans, fruit (dont know how many cals) and one hour of cardio. i went to whole foods and got some veggie burger patties today...only 100 cals each! i'm excited to have one tomorrow!
