Ht. 5'3", Wt. 179 - Hey everyone, I barely post on here but I go on almost everyday and read your posts. Firts of all I want to say you are all truly inspiring. You're trying to lose weight and that's amazing. I hope we can all become friends because it feels weird just reading the posts yet not talking to you guys at all :) alrighty so you'll be seeing me around. oooh! I've been eating healthy and I realized before I ate waaay too little so I'll start off bigger then gradually reduce. I judge myself by clothing size rather than pounds. So my reward for going from size 11 to 9 will be this new lovely smelling perfume! Yay! I've been exercising and I feel much healthier. It's a good feeling. I'm hoping to lose 45 pounds. I used to want to be 120 or so but for my shape it would be quite thin. So I'm gonna stop comparing myself with others and worry about what is right for me. Good luck everyone! You can do it! And yes yes once again you'll be seeing me! :)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys listen I have a good idea. Last night I was really discouraged that I was stuck on a plateau, but I stopped whining and decided to make a "mood booster" poster. I included long and short terms goals (health wise and other things besides weight but weight-related), current mini goals (till I reach my short terms goals), accomplishments so far, my weight and measurements, and a few statements, like why I want to loose weight, and "When I reach my ultimate goal I'll celebrate by...". It really helps! :0) Also, if you go to http://www.weightwatchers.com and type in "weight plateaus" (without the " marks of course!), then click on see all "9 results" you'll get some great info on restarting weight loss!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - I'm overweight but extremely flat chested. I really don't want to shrink in that area but I think I might because after excercising I get sore in there. =( I have really big legs and I want to work on that. & My lovehandles and abs. Tips? Ugh. I feel like even if I lose the weight I want I still won't be attractive because I don't have the nice lady curves thing going on my upper body. I have a boy-friend and he wants me to like do stuff with him you know but I would not be topless in front of him because I think I'd just be a dissapointment. & then I'd be a dissapointment if I didn't also...awww.... :'(

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - I came up with what I think is a good idea! Take a note card and write "Goal weights & rewards" at the top. Then under write a weight a few pounds less than you are now and write what you will buy yourself when you get there. For example for me: 160 pounds- New hair straightener; 155- New workout clothes; 150- manicure; 145- New workout dvd; and so on.

I'm starting to cut back on sweets too. This week I did falter a little on that, but generally I try to follow my doctor's guidelines of no more than 2 a week. I also hope to start exercizing more, cause I feel stronger and able to do more now. :0) Any comments? (view less)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 149 - I'M SO HAPPY I WENT FROM 165 POUNDS TO 148.5!!!!!!! i can do this. i really can. i have really learned that if i mess up, that doesn't mean i fail. it means i messed up and life goes on and i can still lose weight. losing weight is making me SOOO excited for this summer! i refuse to buy any new clothes until i reach my goal. HURRAY everyone can do this. i dont stay away from any food. i eat small amounts of whatever i want. i don't even do that much exercise, but i'm not lazy. i purposely don't drive myself to school, i let a friend take me and i walk home. instead of elevators, i take the stairs. also, chores are a motivation for me! all exercise counts! you don't have to kill yourself to lose weight. good luck to everyone. if you put your mind to it, you can do it. everyone has the tools and the knowledge to lose weight, you just have to stay focused!!
