Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is What I had today brekafast water and cereal 3/4 cup. For lunch a Chicken and Dumplings which is 200 calories and water. For supper 1 1/2 piece of Garlic bread 1 1/2 sclice of turkey water and 2 helpings of chicken mixed with brown rice and broclli and carrots and white potatoes but didn't eat the potatoes. For snack a poptart 2 slices = on package. For exercises played baseball for gym and played tag im gonna do more exercises later on. Please Tell me how I did. 2 morrow is weigh day I hope to lose at least a pound or more

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 166 - so here's a motivation tip: I put this picture of me up when i was wearing this tight dress. A total reality check next to it I put up a picture of my total idol Aishwarya rai. whenever I feel like cheating I look at the picture and I'm like nope no way am i going to binge I'm going to w/o and get closer to looking beautiful.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 166 - Well the holidays killed me but i'm back on track. My doctor wants me to go on this weird diet, I have a glass of skim milk and add a scoop or two of protein shake stuff to it for b-fast. A piece of fruit for lunch and a regular between 200-400 calorie dinner. The catch I need to workout for at least 1/2 hr every day and not eat anything in between the meals. the drink tastes gross but it helps lower cholesterol and lower my risk for heart disease I HATE SOY!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - yum my mom just made dinner from the biggest loser cookbook. Its so so so so so so good and totally just reinspired me to get healthy. It has so many good recipes and ideas i definetly reccomend getting it. The desserts are awesome to! A few they have: cool whip frozen in lowfat graham crackers, frozen "hot" chocolate, etc..

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - hey well i havent posted here in a while...well before i left i weighed 159. i take dance now and i have a salad in school everyday. before summer i was a 11/12 in Aeropostale jeans and now i am a 9/10 and they are even BIG on me!...because i went back to school today from christmas break and i was pulling them up all day longg. my cousin from england came over again this past summer and she even said i look thinner and more toned and muscular in my arms and legs and my love handles are going away a little too. =] =] =] =] =] good luck everyone 3

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 231 - Hello everyone! 4 weeks ago i weighed myself and I weight 228 then yesterday I weighed myself and I weighed 231! I was so hurt! So I decieded that I was going to start a diet today! I plan on not eating any fried foods and drinking only water. However, I did not start my diet today instead I ate fried chicken and 2 debbie snacks now I feel upset that I ate that! However, I plan on starting tomorrow. I bought a calender so everyday thayt I stick to my plan I put a mark on that day! I want to lose 3-5 pounds by Jan 11. I also plan to go walking 4 out of seven days a week! It's gonna be tough letting go all of my old habbit, but I know in the future I will be a better and helthier person. Any suggestions or comments and motivation please comment!

Ht. 6'0", Wt. 200 - hey guys, helpful tip....instead of having a strict meal plan, with only so much calories per each 3 meals, try creating 6 meals, still under whatever you want your calorie intake to be, but this will help you not get hungrey and go for the fridge and just grab something, eating 5-6 small meals a day helps with metabalism, and will also help you from being hungry...keep up the good work and i hope everything is working out for you guys...if you have anyquestions you can leave your email adress and ill email you guys...GOOD LUCK!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 208 - Hey, I'm new here and I've never done anything like this before. I mean joined a website or anything. Since it's a new year I would really like to try and lose some weight. Last year I was in basketball and lost weight but I've put it all back on. I'm in basketball again this year. I reallly like the sport and it's good exercise but I need to control my eating.
