Ht. 5'6", Wt. 164 - so yea i have a slight problem. has anyone gotten to that depressed i really don't see a point in this anymore feeling? I think i have, i mean i look at the scale, and where just last week i was so motivated now i'm just sick of it. i want the weight off but i have been doing this for 4 years now. i'm sick of taking pictures, and i feel really self conscious so i won't put a pic up on my myspace...Does anyone have any tips on getting over this? I really could use some advice.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 127 - Well im down to around 114-115 from 174 and finally getting some positive attention from guys. although now its just awkward because im not sure exactly how to kiss and make out... i know one of u is going to yell at me for posting this, but if u think about it this is a problem for a lot of people that are and have been overweight... its just that we have to find an answer in all of us about how to feel comfortable/

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 166 - Hey! Well during the holidays I was anywhere from 167- to 169 or 170 then back again, but right after that I started loosing water weight like crazy AND NOW I'M 166.4!!! I hope it stays off and that I continue to tone up and loose body fat! I feel more cnofident, less adicted to sweets, and physically stronger. I can't wait for sfotball to start, becuase last year I was 178lbs when I played!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 182 - Hey everyone! god its been ages since ive been on here! well i first started coming to this site when i was 15! over the past 2 years my weight has gone up and down! highest weight was 198 and lowest was 171. Well i havnt started a diet yet im waiting til monday purely because on new years eve i consumed a lot of alcohol and then it was my mums birthday so im starting on monday fresh. I havent weighed myself bt i am around 180 - 186. My ideal weight would be around 150-160lbs. So hopefully i will reach this goal! I'll post again with updates regularly! i hope everyone is progressing well with your weightloss issues aswell!xx

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 358 - i will tell you all how my sisters&mother lost weight and i hope you will try this because i seen from experience by my sisters and mother that what i am about to tell you to do... will work, and i am that positive. 1st of all no junk,at all (chips,pop,bars,chocolate,cake,cookies,pastreys,etc.) also no fast food at all (macdonalds,burgerking,pizza,garlic fingers).. 2nd of all after you cut out all those foods, i want you to eat cerial for breakfast and one slice of whole wheat toast and water. for dinner have a sandwitch,or soup or whatever just try to have something light and water. and for supper have what you would normally have for supper but it can't be something like frenchfries or hamburgers, try to have like more salads..i know its hard cuz i hate salads but eat like chicken breast and stuff..it is good... Ht. 5'5", Wt. 189 - well ive lost some weight but i keep having the temptation to eat more. but i did find out that i wasnt eating enough cause i would always be too tired to xercise. but i have a question instead of the two peices of toast i was having i had my mom get me granola bars and thats what im having for breakfast and then i was having a 1/2 of a sandwich but i was too tired so i got it up to a whole sandwich and some carrots to help with energy and then what ever my mom makes for dinner i have half of what i normally have does that sound ok o and then i have 24 oz of water. and xercise. thanks for the help everyone

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had today. For breakfast cereal with water. For lunch a sandwhich on wheat bread and water and a hershey bar. For supper like 6 barbgue wings and like 10 potato wings and a 32oz drink that was bad but i wasthirst after a nap I drank like a whole thing of water. For exercise knock out in basketball and jump rope and like 30 min of different exercises and more later on and probly Dance Dance Revoulution. How did I do besides the pop.
