Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - So i'm starting to exersize more.. but i was wondering has anyone had good luck with jumproping because i heard it burns a lot of calories... just to let you know though thats not all i'm doing as far as exersize it was just one thing i was considering adding to my workout plan. oh and if you have anyother other advise that would be GREATLY appreceated also.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 147 - hey guys, just wanna ask, how many months before i lose 37 lbs? i am starting to jog and jumprope everyday (except thursday) for an hour and i also eat only until my hunger gets satiated (as opposed to eating until all the food on my plate's gone). i am really new to this eating less but more frequently. but i am trying. whenever i read your posts, i get really motivated because i know that losing weight can really be done. so back to my quessie, haha :) how long before i lose the 37 pounds? thanks! :)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had today. Breakfast water and cereal. For lunch. lunchmeat on wheat bread, water, 100 cal pak, and cheese nips. For supper 2 helpings of corn, one helping of carrots, and a piece of meat with a couple dips of ketchup and a hamburger from harddees. For snack a can of pop. For exercises 1/2 hour of freeze tag. And 30 crunchs, 15 side to side, 15 fingers to toes, 30 scissors,20 split squat with biceps, 45 squats, 45 bent over row, 15 horizontal bent over row, 20 pushups, 20 seated rotation, 20 biceps curl, 20 plie and raise, 20 curtsey lunges and curl, 20 mountain climber, 20 wall sit arm raise, 12 triceps dip. how did I do?

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 125 - So, I'm trying to start a new lifestyle for the new year, but i need help. does anybody know of any secrets that will stop me from drinking pop and wanting to eat candy, and one of my biggest problems... over eating. It seems to me my body never tells me when i'm full, so i just keep eating, if anybody at all has some suggestions on how i can tell when i'm full and not eat so much junk food and pop i would apprieciate it a lot. PLZ HELP!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 138 - hi everyone......i come here often i normally dont post....i was jsut wondering if anyone wanted to be part of a competion...okay we would see who could loose the most weight by spring break....most articles that i read say that people tend to loose more weight when they are competing.....or they have a diet buddy....we wouldnt loose it the unhealthy way but if you were competing with other people you would be less likely to go off your diet.....and of coarse exorcize more....sorry for the grammer mistakes and spelling...lol..i dont pay attention much when i type...so anyone interested..

I' home sick today *sniff sniff* so I can't exercise, but here's been my food so far-Breakfast: oatmeal (220), pear (100), organic nonfat yogurt (140)/Lunch: spinach and goat cheese quesadilla (in a pinch, my mom ought it pre-made since we were all in a rush) (380), banana (100)/Dinner: idk yet but i hope it's full of veggies and I plan on getting in a nonfat pudding or glass of nonfat milk to get my 3rd dairy. I try to deal the best I can when I'm sick, so I think I've done pretty good so far! Total used= 940 Total left= 1060 (I follow a 2000 cal. meal plan, then when I have a BMI of 26 or 25 I reduce to 1600)
