Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I don't eat junk food. I eat enough protein despite being a vegetarian. I do cardio and weight lifting daily. So why haven't I lost weight in 6 months?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 366 - Hey guys, I was reading alot about the rewards things. First I was thinking that evey time i reach a goal I will buy clothes or something. But why should I keep buying clothes if I have'nt reached my ultimate goal? Because then what would I do with those? If anyone else has other not to expensive things to reward myself with, let me know!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 166 - Today I was so happy! I weighed in at 166.4 and I also tried on a bunch of dress clothes that I hadn't worn in ages. Some stuff still won't fit but it's getting easier to slip into. I bought a really hot black shirt last year and a pretty black skirt, size XL and 16. Well now I'm wedging between a 12 and 14 in sizes so the skirt definitely was too big. The shirt actually fit well, nice slender lines and everything. I also tried on a dress I hadn't worn since i was 10lbs heavier back in April, and I'm starting to look better. I even saw a few photos of myself from last year and I was shocked! My face had been so puffy and I looked a lot more inflated! Just remember that sometimes you don't realize how far you've come!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey everyone. I really wanted to take the time to say how awful starving yourself is! Please please PLEASE don't do this or any other fad diet, "natural" or "herbal" or "detox" diet aid, or anything else like that! I have a friend who was really overweight and by the next school year (3 months later) she had starved away 80lbs! Now she really doesn't eat that much and I'm sure she doesn't eat balanced, nutritional foods when she does because she basically just didn't eat at all before. It's a stupid idea, and now this girl has totally changed her personality and we're not even friends anymore. Do it the ONLY, healthy way!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - ok so when i ask you how i did today, i dont want just "good" or "bad." I could really use advice on what I should eat more of, less of, and any changes i should make.
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, 1/2 cup of fat free milk, a mini wheat bagel with 2 tbs of reduced fat peanut butter.
Lunch: Low Sodium Turkey on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, an apple, and a 100 calorie pack. Water/
Snack: Goldfish 100 calorie pack and a string cheese.
Dinner I'm having some type of fish with salad and probably rice pilaf with more water.
exericse i had track practice. we usually do more but today we learned technique for throwing so we only ran 2 laps around the school (about 1/2 a mile i guess) then we did power skips and lots of drills..
Thanks for your help =)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 180 - hey. this is a note. for all the people who have been called names. for all the people who have not fit into a large socker jersey or prom dress. to all the people who have not been there true selves because of feeling unconfident. to all the people who have gone on fad diets. who have strarved themselves. CHEERS! We have all realized we're never going to be happy, or have dates or lots of friends. But thats not true. Maybe we're the ones who are messing it up. instead of trying to be bff's with the most popular girl in school, look around at the person in band, they could be just as funny, or popular. I'm just saying I used to think if I lost weight, I'd be perfect, get A+ naturally, get invited to tons of partys .you know be the all -american student. But maybe I can have that, now .even though im 30 pounds ... (view more)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - TO ALEXIS-- Question: Is being a vegitarian hard? Well Alexis, I thought the same thing when I first contemplated the idea. As a kid I wanted to be a vegetarian, and the only thing that stood in my way was my dislike for vegitables. Now that I'm older I've come to adore vegitables!!! Their crunchy freshness and their wholesome goodness.
