Ht. 5'2", Wt. 155 - i am so sick of being fat!! I hate lookig at my disgusting body every day. People tell me that I'm not fat but I know I am. I shouldn't be surprised that I'm fat. My parents and most of my family are HUGE!!! They weigh between 180-400 lbs. I have an ENORMOUS GUT and have man-boobs that can fill an A or B cup bra. I am at least 40 pouns overweight and am about on third of useless fat. I HATE BEING SO FAT!!!!!!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 140 - Hi everyone...I'm new here, but I pretty much get the idea. We're here to help each other lose and maintain a healthy weight right? My goal right now is to lose 6 pounds before February 3rd, and then another 4. Well since everyone seems to be posting their daily food intake, I will do the same; Breakfast: Kiwi. Lunch: 6-inch Subway sub on wheat bread with ham, provolone, lettuce, pickles, and light mayonaise. Snack: Small bag of gardettos. Dinner: about a baseball sized steak with mushrooms, 1/2 a baked potato with 2 tbsp of cheese, and coleslaw. I didn't have time to exercise today because of Mock Trial, but how did I do on the food choices?

You guys have been special and wonderful and totally helpful! I am endebted to all of you. :0) I had a change of heart. I realized that I believe in myself. I finally broke free of my "weight rope" and even though I've come a long way I still have a long while to go. I loved being here so on Feb. 24 (my 1 year anniversary) I'm going to check back to tell you guys how I'm doing and what I've been up to! I deiced that I need to get more into my hobbies, since I felt so much self-discovery since I decided to loose weight and take care of myself, gaining confidence and respect for my body along the way. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - so here's a quick yummy salad recipe. Go buy lettuce, goya beans the red ones, shredded cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, and cottage cheese. Cut a few mushrooms and boil in water. While that is cooking takes almost 5 minutes. Pour out the goya beans in a bowl, add 15-20 olives, and sprinkle cheese on top. In another bowl have half a head of lettuce cut up. By then the mushrooms should be ready. Sprinkle some pepper on it then place in bowl with beans and cheese. mix both bowls together and voila a yummy salad with no need for dressing. Have 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese for dessert and you have a low carb meal that covers all the food groups minus fruit. Have a banana or one peice of fruit before bed and you're good to go

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - uuuugh been 160 for sooo long.. since christmas!!! blah.. i want to be in the 150s SOO BAD!!! i know i can do it.. just gotta try harder.. today for breakfast I had 1 package of instant oatmeal with raisins and sm cup of OJ. Lunch I had a turkey sandwich with mustard on whole wheat bread.. im only at 600 cals so i have a feeling that if i have a healthy dinner ill weigh less tomorrow.. 159 HERE I COME!
