Ht. 5'3", Wt. 156 - ok so im a swimmer...but after practice...i always stuff my face and end up going on a binge because im so hungry and gaining weight! i love fried foods and such and im addicted to candy. i used to have an eating disorder..but ive gained so much weight..sometimes i just cry myself to sleep thinking about how i used to be. i want to lose weight sooo badly...but without using diet pills or surgury or an eating disorder..please help!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok so i may not be a size 10(post below..) but i am about to go work out and i tried on some size L nike shorts that i bought too small a long time ago...and they fit now!!! yay!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - urghh i want to be a size 10 so bad!! my size 12 jeans are loose, but when i try on size ten they are so tight i can't button them :( lol. has anyone tried those new weighted hula hoops? they're suppossed to work (and be fun) so i was thinking i would get one but i wanted to know what y'all think..

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - hey everyone..i haven't been doing to good on my diet.i ate pizza for lunch the past 2 days..but tomarrow im gonna eat a saled..one thing i am excited about is i couldn't wear these one pair of jeans i got at the beginning of the school year and today i wore them to school and i have room to move around.does anyone have any good exersizes i can do up in my bed room that don't involve any exersize equipement.i really want this to work and i cleared my mind and im more determined then ever!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 631 - I really got out of shape... i used 2 be able 2 do cardio 4 3o minutes without stopping now its prolly down 2 like 15... but at least its a start i guess cuz im starting 2 exercise again

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - man so im not a very good runner so im going to do track to push man its harder then i though cause after school i tryed running out side i did not make it very far but i really want to get better and lose weight.

I KNOW I KNOW exercise will help me a lot, so please don't reply saying "exercise will help you, you should exercise"
i do exericse but i'm just wondering for days when i miss out on exercising.. to see if i should worry those days.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 250 - Okay, so i've tried dieting the healthy way...and the other NOT so healthy way...but neither seem to work. I'm not lazy...but im not all "yay sports" i walk around a lot...just random placed with friends and stuff, but there's really never a change in my appearance. i don't eat breakfast...and have water for lunch but when i get home i eat out of boredom. if you can help me fix my bad habits. please help. it WILL be appreciated =]

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 192 - I did good until supper this is what I had. Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch sandwhich and 100 cal pak 2 chips but they were nasty so I gave them to a friend and water. For supper Ceasar saled and water then like 10 small pieces of piece from monmicals. Then I did A lot of jumping rope. and other some other exercises. My mom measured me and I cryed because for some reason my waist gained 2 1/2 inches and I didn't lose hardly anything maybe because im gaining musclces

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - ew i'm feeling nasty. i started out good but then got worse. here's how it went. Breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt (200 cals) lunch: turkey, grapes, apple, 10 cal jello (250 cals) snack: 100 cal pack. dinner: chicken sandwhich on wheat bun, like 8 tator tots (bad.), banana, and 10 cal jello. then later i had a cup of banana pudding (ughh). workout: rollerbladed 4 miles, treadmill for 3 miles, 500 crunches, 15 minutes on bike, weight machines
