If you are 5'3 and 182 you are considered overweight, so get your facts straight and instead of critisizing us for doing something about our weight, why don't you jump on the bandwagon and do somethin like this for urself

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 164 - Hey guys. I've gained a lot of weight lately and I really want to lose it before the summer comes. I'd like to lose 35 pounds. I'd be back to my original weight. I don't know what I need to do though.. if anyone can give me tips, that would be great. Thanks!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - Do you know what i miss the most? The dominio's buffalo wings and then the strawberry icecream. and i get so pissed when other girls can eat like 3 plates of food and i can only eat a small portion on one plate. I'm usually not one to get jealous but seriously what the hell did i do that i can't enjoy myself like other girls. w/e i'm going to lose 20-30 lbs and then go on a shopping spree

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 219 - Hey guys. I lost 6lbs in 6 days just by cutting out junk food and eating chicken, tuna veggies and fruits. Omelets are good for breakfast too because they give u protein in the morning and they are very filling!. I hate exercise so i haven't been doing much. But imagine how much faster i could lose the weight if i did! But you have to admit, 6lbs in 6 days is pretty amazing!:D Good luck everyone, you can all do it!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 241 - Hey since the last time i posted here it was about 2 wks ago, i think, well since then i had lost 6 lbs. WOOT WOOT... o yeah well i have been sticking to my diet and working out everyday...if i can.. 1500 calories a day - limit - i think i am actually going to stick to it bc i am so happy when i hear that i lose a lb well thanx for letting me share =] keep up the good work guys !!!!!!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 180 - today...granola bar and tea(90 calories)-pudding (60 calories)- Turkey wrap, baked chips, and a pickle(260 calories-light snacking of various items-(300 calories)-Dinner a salad (280 calories)..just about a 1000 calories so i am going to have a sugar free pudding after i jog 2 miles. I am wondering if the exercise that i am doing is enough. Everyday i run for 1 mile (12-13 mins) then i rest and jog another half a mile (6 mins) and i walk half a mile... equaling about 2 miles of moderate cardio...or about 40 mins. How much do you guys do?? I may add on another mile...idk

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 192 - OMG! I gained 16 pounds!!!! Well, as you can see now, I turned 16 (yay!). My family went on a two week cruise to celebrate. I decided to let myself go and I ate so much!!1 I gained 16 pounds. I have these big strecth marks and my belly jiggles much more!! i look terrible. Im going back to school tomorrow and everyone will laugh at me. What should I do? I hate being fat

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 172 - Hey! Its Leigha (Pronounced LEE-UH). You have no idea how many times I've heard some one say "LEG-A" or "LEE-EYE-GA", LOL! I dont usually post, but I'm going on a cruise in 9 1/2 weeks and I was wondering how much weight I could lose and how I can step up my diet. Is it possible to lose 20 pounds in 91/2 weeks? Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - hi guys today i did pretty good i had some oatmeal for breakfast, and a low-fat chicken wrap for lunch and lots of water. but when i got home from school i was really really hungry so i made half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat. i know thats not bad and a fairly healthy snack but i still feel crappy for eating that.
does that ever happen to you guys when you eat a healthy snack but you feel like youve still eaten way too much?
im just feeling blah.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - I had a protein shake for b-fast today and a banana for snack. I think I will have a jelly sandwich for lunch and maybe a salad for dinner. for exercise I did Billy's bootcamp and then before bed i do 1/2 hr treadmill. results where r the results?
